My teeth are very sensitive, and recent fillings at another practice left me with prolonged pain. When my previous dentist suggested a crown, I sought a second opinion and, on a neighbor's recommendation, visited Henderson Mill Dental Care. Dr. Upton addressed all my concerns, answered every question, and put me completely at ease, his bedside manner is excellent. The crown work was pain-free from start to finish: anesthesia (usually painful for me), preparation, temporary crown, and final placement all went smoothly. No significant sensitivity later either which is new for me! I no longer have any dental anxiety, knowing I'll be well taken care of here. Staff are extremely friendly too. I highly recommend this practice!

I went in for follow up on my Invisalign treatment. I was attended to my a lovely assistant named Kierra, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire treatment process. She made me feel very comfortable with every step of the process. She has a great personality and excellent manners.

The customer service is always great and very attentive. My dental hygienist Gabby is very friendly and helpful.

I had a root canal with Dr. Upton, and he was incredible. He was very informative while he was doing the procedure and made me feel at ease. I highly suggest coming here for such a kind atmosphere.

I've been a patient at Henderson Mill Dental care for appx 15 years, and cannot say enough good things about them! The staff is amazing, the space looks fresh, and I'm always seen in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Herrero this morning for a second opinion on dental work. When I arrived I was greeted by Melanie at check in, what a relief to be greeted by a kind, compassionate person. The dental technician was Man, again greeted with kindness and I felt comfortable to have my new patient exam. Man showed me around the office, explaining what procedures were done in each room. I felt like I was in good hands and breathed a sigh of relief. This dental office cares about their patients. Dr. Herrero explained every procedure I will be having including showing me the X-rays. Once my examination was complete I met with Jordyn to go over my dental care plan; I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders to have someone sit down with me and go over each procedure, cost etc. My only regret is that I wish I had found this office years ago. Everyone there is caring, extremely kind and friendly. Going to the dentist in the future will be a much better experience for me. I am so very appreciative and grateful knowing I am in the best of hands at Henderson Mill Dental. Becky Bullard
