I have always had excellent service at this practice. From the reception being accommodating and friendly, appointment reminders to the face to face contact with each clinician. Dan and Aly both explain pros and cons to treatment options in detail and make me feel very relaxed during any procedure (even the ones involving needles and drills). Tatjana has managed to remove stains from my teeth I though would not be possible. Every member of staff is friendly, professional and listen to your needs to manage expectations. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

A wonderful practice. Staff were all courteous and extremely friendly. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and you are always made to feel important, not just another patient. I was treated by Kevin Thomas who made me a new upper denture. I have had dentures for over sixty years and I have never had such a well fitting set as these. Kevin takes time to assess what you actually want from a denture, advises what he feels is best for you and then works extremely thoroughly to achieve perfection. I am really pleased with the result, they are so comfortable and natural. Thank goodness my dentist referred me as she felt I needed an “expert” as I have had many years of ill fitting dentures.

Chloe and her team have been fantastic through my Invsalign treatment. From initial scanning, to regular ongoing check-ups to ensure the process was going as planned. During our initial consultation I was quoted 18 months to finish treatment though due to her frequent availability and flexibility I have completely finished treatment in 14 months. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanted to leave a review after seeing both Matt for my root canal and Ash for my tooth removal. From start to finish, both experiences were handled with such care and professionalism. Matt made what could have been a really stressful procedure feel calm and manageable. He explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and genuinely made me feel at ease. Ash was exactly the same during my extraction. I was quite anxious beforehand, but I felt listened to, reassured, and treated like a person — not just another appointment in the diary. He talked me through what was happening, made sure I was comfortable, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Both visits I felt heard, respected, and properly cared for. That makes such a difference when you’re feeling vulnerable in a dental chair. Thank you both for making difficult treatments feel far less scary than I expected 🤍

I was very well cared for at the practise, the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. My procedure went well and at each stage it was explained what was being done. I was made to feel at ease and received a detailed account of what care I had received after my treatment was completed.
