Have always had the worst experience here with appointments for my kids and today was no exception. My daughter’s both received braces here and unfortunately the only time for appointments are on Fridays because that’s when the orthodontist is available to see them. My daughter had an appointment today and was running late even though there is a 15 minute grace period. Her arrival was before the 15 minute grace period was up, but was told that they needed to reschedule because they couldn’t see her now. They were not helpful. They were not considerate and when talking with the supervisor on the phone, was treated poorly and disrespected. We have no choice but to go here and continue to go here until my daughter‘s time for her braces are up because they are already paid for and as unhelpful as they were today, I doubt they would be any more helpful when trying to get a refund for the time remaining on the braces because it’s not possible. So now we’re stuck in this circle of worry because we have to go there until the treatment is complete with the possibility of being treated unfairly or retaliated against in whatever way they can do so. I would not ever recommend this establishment for treatment because of how we have been treated over the course of several years.

Worst customer service ever. They would rather argue with you than find or offer a solution to the issues you have experienced. Please be very through if you decide to choose this location for yourself or children. I absolutely do not recommend based off of experience and customer service. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Staff was rude, not helpful - genuinely so disappointed in house me and my CHILDREN have been treated. DO NOT COME HERE

Only time they do orthodontics is on a Friday and they schedule it before 2 o’clock because they want to get out early. Daughter was 13 minutes late. Their policy was 15 minutes. The manager Justine justice jus something, told me over the phone that their policy changed but didn’t notify us now daughter can’t get in for orthopedic appt. Also paid in full. For braces seems like once they get your money they really won’t work with You also tried talking to the manager and complaining she had monotone the whole time I was on the phone with her pretty much saying we’re not seeing your daughter. After trying to plead my case, saying that they’re not really being Customer friendly, she said I’m disconnecting this call due to the unprofessionalism of the staff, I am worried There with be negative actions taken against my family Like pop-up, bills or cancellations on their part. Will update if retaliation occurs.

Not professional came in for a cavity it'll be my 3rd visit that I have to pay for because the doctor was in a rush and messed up a simple tooth filling

I was greeted warmly when entering and only waited about 5 minutes. Saw Dr. Marlette, who has done extensive work in my mouth and I travel over 5 hours to see him and would come twice that far if necessary. Yes, he is that good. I also got my teeth cleaned, the dental hygienist, Jackie, was very gentle and also super sweet. The office is really clean and his entire staff is professional and very kind & welcoming. I dive 5 hours to see Dr. Marlette and would still travel from out of state. His work is impeccable and his first concern is the comfort & wellbeing of his patient. The office is clean & comfortable. Dr. Marlette, staff are nice and always welcoming. If it wasn’t for the stigma of, “ going to the dentist” it would be nice to visit Dr. Marlette just to say “Hi”. Thank you again, Donna. Dr. Marlette is the only dentist worth driving 5 hours from Northeast of Houston to see. Whether you need a small filling or major dental reconstruction Dr. Marlette, skills are unparalleled. The assistant’s and office staff are always warm and welcoming. Everyone goes out of their way to make things work out for you. This is the one Dentist office that even your children won’t complain about going to.

I have worked with Dr. Smith in the Air Force for years and she is an amazing dentist. Not only is she thorough, but she is compassionate with patients, and always strives for the highest quality of care. Her concierge dental practice is such a great option for patients who can’t get to a dentist. I highly recommend her!

I am so thankful for the staff at heritage dental. They are so fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and even gentle. 40 yrs of dental visits and I have to say they are the best . Thank you Tish and Brittany

Dr. Marlet is always so comforting as scared as I always am his demeanor always put me at ease . My visit yesterday was great Dr marlet made sure to addressed me possibly having a lingering sinus infection that could be why my tooth was hurting and instead of jumping into doing something to my tooth he wrote me prescriptions to hopefully take care of my infection. That’s what makes him a great dentist! I cannot recommend him enough. His assistant Lisa was so nice she put me at ease as well . Everyone at his office are very pleasent to work with .

The entire team is very kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and cared for. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease during my visit. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that combines skill with real kindness, but they truly do. I recommend Heritage Dental Centers to anyone seeking quality care and a friendly atmosphere!

Dr Potter and his crew of people are amazing! I recently went in because of unbearable tooth pain. The staff were polite and sympathetic making sure I was comfortable and taken care of! Dr Potter is a quiet gentle man with years of experience, he quickly accessed my problem and went to work fixing the culprit that was recking my day. In less than 30 minutes I was happy and painless again - Dr Potter is truly a quiet storm 😍 Thank you again, Juanita A great team at Heritage Dental
