Staff from receptionist to dental assistant were pleasant and professional. My appointment was at 10:00 am. They started on time and I went back to work at 10:41.
I am one of those people that hates going to the dentist, but these people are all really nice and they're super efficient. I've had a cleaning, fillings, and an emergency chip repair done here and all my experiences have been great, especially in regards to sanitation and distancing. Would recommend to a friend.
They are always professional and friendly. And most important, they are thorough and explain the plan of care well. Great dental practice!
Supper friendly staff, Dr Wisely answered all my questions explained his recommendations and treatment plan. I recommend Dr. Wisely and his team, they are the best.
Always the highest quality of care and customer service. Mandy does an excellent cleaning — very thorough, informs me of what she’s doing, no surprises, and super pleasant & friendly. Dr. Wisely is very professional, knowledgeable, and I appreciate that he’s not quick too do unnecessary procedures but, rather, takes a thoughtful approach. As a side note, I had an appointment only a couple weeks after their office was reopened during the COVID-19 pandemic and they went above and beyond in following safety protocols and CDC guidelines. Much appreciated!
I had been a little reluctant to try Heritage Oaks Dental since they took over for my long-time dentist Dr. Box. But I was very pleased with my first visit there today. The staff was very professional and I was glad to see that Dr. Box's long-time assistant Gayle had been retained. My hygienist Manny was so nice and did an awesome job of cleaning my teeth. Also enjoyed meeting Dr. Ebaugh. He also was very professional and took his time reviewing the findings of my X-rays and dental exam with me. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend them to all needing a new dentist. Update: After having now had multiple visits to Heritage Oaks, I stand by my original review. Mandy is by far the best hygienist I have ever had and the entire staff is just great! Update #2: Just had another great experience with heritage Oaks. Mandy as usual did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. She is so friendly and professional and always takes her time and explains every part of the exam results. The entire staff is professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new dental facility. Update: I continue to be completely satisfied with the services I am receiving here. The staff and doctors are always professional and friendly. Manny is by far the best hygienist I have ever had!!
I recently switched to Heritage Oaks Family Dental and had the BEST experience. Normally, I dread the dentist but I am already looking forward to future appointments here. The front desk staff was so friendly from the start. Then Mandy, RDH, brought me back to a room and did the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. She explained everything as she went and I swear I've never had a dental hygienist take the time to do that! She was so sweet and smart. Dr. Ebaugh came in then and was equally as great. I was so impressed with their teamwork and explanations of their plan moving forward. They both made me feel good about my dental habits (which in the past my providers at another facility mde me feel that I wasn't doing enough and threatened that all my teeth would fall out soon!). I left feeling so good and motivated to continue pursuing dental health. The facility was so clean as well. On the way out, the billing process was explained perfectly as well. I later received a handwritten thank you in the mail for chosing Heritage Oaks! Talk about service! I have already recommended this place to 5+ friends. Best dental experience from top to bottom!
My dental hygienist Mandy was AMAZING! She was very and explained everything before it was done. I do not like going to the dentist (who does) but I definitely look forward to seeing her again. Dr. Ebaugh was very nice. I've already recommended them to some friends.
GREAT experience at the Dentist. Now how often do you hear that? Dr. Wisely and Staff are above professional, kind and efficient. I never have to wait, they text me when I have an appointment. The dentistry part? The work is quality, they had a state of the art camera to show me every single tooth ,surface & inside of my mouth. The visits are virtually painless. If you are looking for a dentist I recommend Heritage Oaks Family Dental. They will take good care of you.
