Dr. Hiren Patel keeps implant cases in-house from surgery through the final crown rather than splitting them between a surgeon and a restoring dentist. The practical effect is that one person owns the plan. It helps to know what an implant actually is: a titanium post seated into the jaw, an abutment that bridges the gum, and the crown you chew on. Bone has to knit onto the post before it can carry a bite, so the honest timeline is usually several months rather than one appointment, and a ridge that has thinned after years without a tooth may need grafting before anything is placed. From Dr. Patel to Norma…the whole staff is amazing. I always get great service. The doctor really cares for his patients and is knowledgeable in what he does. He explains things where you can understand. He took over my previous dentist who retired, and was a little nervous at first since the previous dentist was my dentist since my childhood. However, once I started seeing doctor Patel, I knew he’s one of the good ones. I have also known Norma for many years as she’s been there since my previous dentist. She’s always great!! Even the staff at the front desk are friendly. They deserve more than five stars.
If there were more stars to give I would! I have not been to a dentist for over 20 years and I needed 2 extractions, absolutely thee best experience!!!! I was scared and a lil nervous but Dr. Patel is sooooo comforting and very confident in his work. He also has the best staff. Talk about great customer service they got it!!!
