Spoke to 2 female receptionists who is not fit to speak to customers, doesn’t do a good job and is rude. It was a nightmare speaking to them. Felt like hell. Luckily I was introduced to heaven when I spoke to Eva and she turned my 1 star google review into a 5 star. Eva is very understand, respectful and patient. She doesn’t interrupt like the other 2 receptionists did. You’re the best Eva thanks!

I had a very good experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was welcoming and everything was well organized. I will definitely come back.

She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable during every appointment. I truly appreciate her kindness and the quality of her work. Absolutely the worst dental experience ever Highgate Dental only cares about money, not patients! My visit to Highgate Dental was a complete nightmare. I went in for a simple tooth filling, but it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. The dentist seemed rushed, barely communicated what was being done, and the filling still feels uncomfortable and uneven. What’s even worse is that they tried to charge me for extra dental work that I absolutely did not need. It felt like they were pushing unnecessary treatments just to make more money. I left feeling like I was treated as a dollar sign, not a patient. And let’s talk about the front desk receptionist unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She has zero sense of customer service and acted like every question was a burden. When I asked about the billing issues, she was dismissive and disrespectful, with an attitude that made the entire experience even worse. Highgate Dental seriously needs to reevaluate who they hire and how they treat patients. Between the poor dental work, the lack of professionalism, and the obvious focus on money over care, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go to a dental office that actually values honesty and patient care.
