Best dental experience!!! Had some teeth sensitivity and thought it was time to get my yearly teeth cleaning and exams! I’m so bad with names!!! But my dentist and dental hygienist were super knowledgeable and kind. Took the time to explain to me what I needed and how it occurred without making me feel dumb. The atmosphere was incredible! All employees were so sweet! I would highly recommend!! I found them through Google and I 100% guarantee the reviews were on point! Thank you highland dental team!

The staff were very nice. Cordial and respectful. I was seen immediately by my dentist after showing up for my appointment. I did not feel uncomfortable. I think they did a god job of making me feel comfortable. The exam and cleaning was fast and simple. To put you even more at ease there was a tv on the ceiling you could watch directly above you while dental work was being done. That was a nice touch. And then I was given a little care package of toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. Highland Dental treated me very well. I would highly recommend. I've already recommended to some of my coworkers. Give them a try. I doubt you'll be disappointed you did so.

Loved my experience. I get nervous going to the dentist but the whole staff made me feel comfortable from front desk to the explaining of what they were doing to the teeth cleaning until I walked out. Best cleaning ever btw 😁. I apologize for not remembering their names 🥹 but they were all wonderful. Thank you guys 😊.

I had a really good experience at highland dental of hayward. Dental office is nice and clean, the staff are very professional and the hygienist was very gentle. The best experience I ever had at a Dental office. Great job guys. Thank you

I visited this dental clinic based on positive Google reviews, as I was unhappy with my previous dentist's focus on upselling rather than providing quality care. I'm glad I switched—this office has a great interior, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches like TVs in the treatment rooms. You can literally watch TV while the doctor is cleaning your teeth(which was really thoughtful). Dr. Justin did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Importantly, there was no pressure to buy additional services, which was a major issue at my last dental clinic. Overall, I’m very happy to have found this place. I hope they remain same in the future and suggest the things/procedures which are necessary rather than profitable to the clinic.
