Since Dr. Bergman and Yolanda and who could forget Laura, are no longer with the practice, they just aren’t the same. This place has changed a lot. The staff is still Great and friendly. They are all very pleasant to be around. I love that they have late days once a week. That really helps with our work schedule.

Highland Dental has the most amazing , caring , professional staff and Dentist. Sam goes over and beyond to make sure you have the best care and the right treatment needed. Very honest and doesn’t do more than what is needed for you dental needs. Make sure you are taken care of and all your needs are met.

Very nice staff! Doctor is gentle which helps ease anxiety. He also sings pretty good too!

Great staff and dentist. Best dentist I've ever been to. I have a real issue going to the dentist too and I can say without hesitation I will be going back there. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Dr E was very detailed and efficient. First time ever in my life I can say these two things which are going to the dentist was a great experience and that I will go back sooner rather than later.

Very great service from booking the apt to walking in. The assistants were so kind & helpful. Especially the dentist. He kept coming to check in on us & making sure everything was okay and comfortable. After the procedure on my husband he was explaining everything so well and informed us. Really loved the customer service! Probably the best dental place i have gone to thus far.

Love love Dr. E because he is gentle and kind. He was quick and explained everything to me while he was treating my 13 year old son. We were in and out in 30 minutes. While I realize this may not be the case all the time depending on their day, in the previous times we have come in they have always been fast. I have been going to him for a year now. I found him when I had horrible pain in my tooth in January last year. He was one of the only emergency dental offices I could find. He ended up doing my root canal and crown. He was such an amazing dentist! He explained the entire procedure to me and reassured me I would be okay. I was terrified of being in that chair. I hated the dentist office from a previous experiences I’ve had. They eased my anxiety and really assured me of the entire procedure. That was when I first went to his office and I never looked back. They were cheaper then other offices I had gone to the day before and worked with me on my payment. Since then I switched my kids and my husband to go to his office. We now get cleanings regularly with his office. I just referred my mom to his office as well. The ladies that work at the front are always so nice and amazing at their job! Always quick and call back quickly when we have questions. Super patient and always smiling. I would 10/10 recommend this dentist to everyone in the San Antonio area. We have been to about 5 dentist offices in the last few years but we are here to stay. Thank you Highland Hills Dental and especially Dr. E for doing procedures for us and making us feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

This office is phenomenal. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The dental assistant was very efficient and patient centric, and the dentist gave a full explanation of the issue I was dealing with, with both short and long term treatment options. As a healthcare provider, I am so impressed with this office and plan to be a long term patient and refer all of my friends. Great to see such a dedicated team on the South Side serving the community!
