Psychos. I was picking up my wife from the mechanics in the same parking lot, and the dentists literally called the mechanics to come tell me to move my car (which I was idling, not even parked) almost as soon as I arrived (verified by the mechanics that came out to tell me I had to move) even though it was 7:30am (dentist doesn't open until 8am) and there were 4 or 5 open spaces around me - so I wasn't stopping any customers from parking. If the people who work for theit business are that crazy about a car being there 30 minutes before opening, for less than 5 minutes, with the engine still running, and not actually parking and preventing customers from using the spaces, then why on earth would I trust them with my teeth? If the staff from the dentist had come out themselves and asked me to move politely then I wouldn't have such a negative view of them.

Great Dentist and Team. Always a great cleaning experience and appreciate that they accommodated a last minute tooth repair.

I had a great experience at Highpoint Dental Care and Implant Center. The office was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the dentist was thorough with a very gentle cleaning. It’s definitely the best dentist near me and I left feeling confident about my oral health.

Highpoint Dental Care and Implant Center has customer service in an age where that aspect of most businesses has disappeared!!! They have a friendly staff and go over any billing concerns before you leave! They are not corporate minions! The dentist Dr Williams was very kind and willing to answer any questions or concerns. I was very pleased with my first visit and will be going back to get a couple of cavities taken care of.

HPDC has been my dentist for several years now because I absolutely love coming! Lindsey is usually my tech and she's amazing (basically a long lost sister), but everyone I see and talk to are always smiling and seem genuinely happy to be a part of my day. It's a really great atmosphere that makes the dentist work not as scary (for someone who has never liked the dentist)! Highly recommend!!

Highpoint Dental is a great office! The staff is extremely friendly, and they curate a treatment plan for each patient that is reviewed with you so that you understand what is going on with your teeth. Highpoint Dental is welcoming and nonjudgmental of your teeth no matter the state. I was there for a 4 hour appointment, and Hazel was very kind, made sure that I was comfortable during the entire appointment, and communicated where we were at in the appointment/what was happening. Dr.Baltz was also friendly, and made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain during the appointment. Hazel and Dr.Baltz made a great team!
