Had a referral to get 4 teeth removed, two upper and two lower I was very scared as it was my first time dealing with this, but they reassured me and was very gentle with the injection and whole procedure 10/10 no pain would definitely recommend

AVOID Hillfields Dental Surgery if you don’t want healthy teeth to be damaged. I visited Hillfields Dental Surgery in spring 2024. A young Asian lady deliberately and consciously damaged my healthy tooth and missed unhealthy tooth. I had an extremely bad experience at Hillfields Dental Surgery. I’ve got a young Asian lady’s - “dentist’s” full name in my diary and appointments cards. I will attach those after I have time to go through all my diaries and paperwork. DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY…It is extremely hard to find an honest and good human - dentist, especially in England.

Fantastic Dentists, they take time to listen to the issues and symptoms. Experienced dentists, very professional and caring. Did an x-ray and quickly found the problem, tooth extraction was needed, the receptionists are also lovely and gave me a quick appointment seeing how much pain I was in. Very friendly with kids, made them comfortable and they enjoyed there teeth check up. Recommend!

Shocking service. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment with Dr Sameer, only to be told when I arrived that it was an emergency appointment rather than the appointment I had originally booked. The reception staff seem completely disorganised and unable to provide accurate information. I even received a call the day before my appointment and specifically asked whether the appointment was with Dr Sameer, only to be told it was with another dentist, despite the fact that I had specifically booked with Dr Sameer and waited over 6 weeks for that appointment. The appointment was then apparently switched back to Dr Sameer while I was on the phone. After waiting 6 weeks, taking time out of my schedule, and attending the appointment in good faith, this level of service is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I left the appointment due to the confusion surrounding the booking, only to later receive a text message stating that all cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and that missed appointments may result in no further treatment being offered. Given the circumstances, I found this particularly frustrating. It is difficult to understand how the practice can criticise patients for missed appointments when it cannot correctly manage appointments that have been booked weeks in advance. The attitude displayed by the receptionist when I raised my concerns was also disappointing. Rather than trying to understand the situation or offer a solution, my concerns were simply dismissed and I was told that Dr Sameer did not have time as it was an emergency appointment. I pay for your services and do not receive treatment for free. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in 6 weeks of wasted time due to poor communication, poor administration, and a lack of accountability. As a result of this experience, I will be seeking treatment elsewhere. There is no shortage of dental practices in Coventry, and I have lost confidence in this one. I had two wisdom teeth removed, and one of them had an infection. The dentist was incredibly gentle, and the whole procedure took less than 15 minutes. I honestly didn’t feel any pain during the treatment. They gave me clear advice on how to take care of my wounds and even provided me with a care kit, which I really appreciated. The recovery was much better than I expected — the pain was manageable, and by the next day I was already feeling much better. I love this dentist because they truly go above and beyond to make sure their patients are well taken care of. They always remind me about my appointments, and they are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling. I know that if I call, they will do their best to fit me in. The receptionists are very friendly, and all the staff are absolutely lovely. Thank you so much, and keep up the amazing work!

Recently, had a dental wash and filling at Hillfields Dental Surgery, and the experience was excellent. The treatment was professional, comfortable, and carried out with great care. I felt well looked after and would happily recommend this practice.

This is the best dental surgery I’ve been to in Coventry! The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Pam, she knew exactly how to help me and you can tell she’s extremely experienced! The dentist is so patient, I’m a nervous person when it comes to dental things but they are so reassuring and calm me down. Highly recommend this surgery!
