My two dentist rocks stares but how are you going to schedule me for 1pm and then your receptionist goes on lunch so now she’s 27 minutes late from checking me in then all of a sudden your charging me for a removed tooth after I waiting 27 minutes just to be late even tho I was there on time

To update: Since the initial procedure below, I recently visited this practice, where the abutment and crown were placed on the implant, which had bonded well. Again, every step by Dr. Skinner and tech assistant Rayna was executed flawlessly and unrushed. I was kept aware of next steps and felt involved in the process. Now, after two weeks, I can say that chewing on the left is much improved and without pain or drama. 3 mo previous: I am absolutely delighted I found Dr. Skinner and his team at Hillsboro Dental Excellence. Excellence is indeed the word, as everyone there is completely on track with patient needs. Dr. Skinner 's work on crown lengthening, gum and bone reduction, and crowing my broken #12 was expert and assured. He kept me informed at every step of the procedure, and there were a lot of steps! I am confident that this restoration will last many years. No pain the next day!

Wonderful! Dentist never been here before. I had a dental office that closed abruptly without saying anything and I needed a procedure done as soon as possible and they got me in the next day. I called 13 dentist offices and they were the only ones who immediately said yes and welcome to me. Very friendly, very professional, very clean. I won't be going anywhere else, this is a great dentist office. You can really tell they're about customer service.

This provider is the best dentist in the Portland Metro area. The administrative personnel did an amazing job of getting a hold of me and scheduling me asap. Along with being clear on follow up instructions. The Dental Assistant, Tamra, was very thorough and helpful. She answered all questions that I had. Also, she communicated the procedure process concisely. Dr. Trivedi was very kind and professional. She was decisive in a care plan, so her expertise was apparent. I am lucky to be a patient here.

I have always gotten nervous about going to the dentist. After finding Dr.Skinner I feel confident going to the dentist. He tells me what needs to be done and we tackle it one tooth at a time. Which is nice not overwhelmed with what is going to happen next. I have been really good about getting my cleanings done every 6 months. The hygienist is so nice she makes me want to come back . It's not that scary to go to the dentist anymore. Check them.

A level of expertise I have not been able to find anywhere else. The doctor was very patient and was willing to spend as much time answering my questions as I needed.
