The staff at the office is great! However, they have been closed since the beginning of August and are not scheduled to open again until at least September 19th! Would have been courteous to inform their patients. I've been trying to get a follow up appointment for my root canal. A root canal that they misdiagnosed in May and wasn't caught until August. I've been told that they are remodeling and also that they are having technical difficulty with their equipment, whatever that means. Sorry Loch Ridge Dental, I've gotta move on.
I moved to the area a few years ago and found a dentist near my apartment. On my first visit they found numerous "cavities" which seemed peculiar because I haven't needed much dental work. I was suspicious and later got a recommendation from a friend and haven't looked back. The doctor here did not recommend extra treatment (trust is important), and are always great with scheduling. I'll go out of my way to frequent dentists I trust.
