My daughter has been braces treatment here for nearly a year, and her teeth are already mostly straight. I’m grateful to Dr. Ashna; she is incredibly patient, and my daughter really likes her so much.

I had a root canal two months ago and I'm still experiencing pain. The doctor, named Abdullah, unfortunately lacks experience in the field.

I was very worried about needing a root canal treatment, treating cavities, and getting several fillings. I wanted to find a clinic with reasonable prices and good quality of treatment. I happened to come across this clinic and booked an appointment with Dr. Abdulrahman. And it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. The treatment was excellent. I’ve now had several fillings for more than six months, and I haven’t had any problems or discomfort at all. I definitely plan to continue seeing Dr. Abdulrahman for my dental care and regular check-ups. Another important factor for me was that Dr. Abdulrahman speaks Russian, which made me feel much more comfortable and made it easier to explain everything and ask questions. I’ve already recommended this clinic to several friends, and they were also very happy with their experience. Price and quality — 10/10. Thank you so much, Dr. Abdulrahman! If you’re also nervous about dental treatment and don’t know who to trust with your teeth, I highly recommend him.

had such a great experience with Dr. Tasleema Her work is absolutely amazing, and she is so gentle and professional. The whole experience was completely painless and comfortable. She made me feel so relaxed and cared for throughout the treatment. I’m genuinely so happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to everyone🤍

Shoutout to the receptionist who was on duty around 6:00 PM last night. 😂 We walked into the clinic to have our teeth checked. The receptionist took our IDs and told us she would add us to the queue. A few moments later, she returned our IDs without even a smile. We didn’t mind because we understood that she might have been tired after a long day, especially with the hot weather. What we didn’t understand was waiting for more than 1½ hours. Around 7:45 PM, I decided to follow up because we noticed that other patients who arrived after us had already been called. When I approached the receptionist, she didn’t seem to know what to say. Then she told us, “We are so busy. Please give me your IDs again. I will line you up because I forgot to add you to the queue after updating the system.” Honestly, if I hadn’t gone to ask, we probably would have been sitting there until closing time. I completely understand that everyone gets busy and tired. But patients also deserve proper communication and service. A simple apology and keeping track of the queue would have made a big difference. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

When the tooth broke, it changed my whole face and smile, so I was very stressed. But Dr. Noureldeen restored it perfectly, even better than how my natural tooth looked before. His work is truly professional, detailed, and very natural. He is also kind, patient, and explains everything clearly. His assistant was very supportive and gentle throughout the treatment, which made the whole experience comfortable. The clinic is very clean and hygienic, the reception staff are friendly, and the costs are affordable compared to many other clinics in Dubai. Another big plus is that they offer Tabby and Tamara payment options, which makes it easier if you need flexible payments.
