Feedback regarding Dr Deepani Vimalrajh — Anna I am writing to share my experience with Dr Deepani Vimalrajh at your practice. At every appointment I felt belittled, upset and disrespected. She spoke to me in a dismissive, rude way as if I could not understand anything. She exchanged looks with her assistant that made me feel foolish. When I tried to be friendly or make a simple joke, she replied in a way that showed she did not understand humour at all — and made me look like a complete fool. Whenever I asked her to adjust or correct something in her work, she got angry and irritable straight away. Her behaviour was absolutely awful. I put up with it until the very end. I am twice her age, and I simply cannot imagine how she will work with patients for her whole career. She comes across as very spoiled, full of herself and has absolutely no respect for people. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. I come here for dental care and basic respect, not to be made to feel small or stupid. They keep foisting interns on me—people with absolutely no prior experience—and I’m treated like a practice dummy for them to learn on. I’m 41; I’m missing some teeth, and I’m trying to save the ones I have left! I have never once been treated by an experienced doctor! Yours sincerely, Anna

Very easy to book, not distant appointment times, top service and friendly prices. Love it. Some background- a ceramic crown that I have on my 7th bottom tooth (root canal treated already) fell off. I needed to glue it back on. I made that crown in another country and travelling back there was out of question. I got an appointment within 2 days from ringing up the practice. All fixed in no time.

Dr Chadha was amazing. She was very attentive and offered many options for my dental treatment. Nurse Sue was friendly too and overall everyone was welcoming

I joined this dental practice around 12 months ago at a time when I was going through a really difficult period and was in a lot of pain. From my very first appointment, the team were incredibly kind, understanding, and welcoming. They took the time to properly investigate what was causing my pain, identified the problem, and got it sorted. The care and professionalism I received throughout the process were outstanding, and I always felt listened to and supported. I can't thank the whole team enough for helping me through such a challenging time and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Staff always friendly and welcoming. Checkups are not rushed. Findings are discussed. Children put at ease, welcomed individually by the dentist. Makes all the difference to the children. My young daughter loves going to see the dentist and have a sit in the moving chair!

I visited Holyhead Dental Practice earlier this afternoon for a check-up and I genuinely had a great experience. The two dentists who attended to me were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout. They also did a cleaning for me and the whole process was so seamless. Appointment time adhered to, so no great waiting time. Staff very friendly and dental work very good and efficient. I have been a patient for many years and have always found my above observations to never have altered.
