I can’t recommend Dr. Jack enough. I was dealing with some really frustrating tooth pain, and he suggested trying a new laser therapy treatment his clinic is now offering. I’m so glad we did! The procedure itself was quick, and my tooth feels a lot better. Dr. Jack and his team are always fantastic, but staying on the cutting edge of tech like this is why they are the best. If you're looking for advanced, effective dental care, this is the place to go.

I’ll be upfront — I’m one of those anxious dental patients, and that anxiety comes from years of less-than-great experiences. About a year ago, I noticed a cracked tooth and found Horizon Dental. From the very first piece of paperwork, I knew this place was different. Their intake process actually asks whether you experience anxiety and how they can make you most comfortable. That small detail said everything. Horizon has never once made me feel anything less than completely at ease. From the front desk to the dental chair, every single interaction has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. That comfort level made it possible for me to complete the majority of my treatment plan — something I honestly wasn’t sure I could do. Jada (I hope I spelled that right!) deserves a special mention. She is so kind and attentive — she always remembers that I need a blanket, and during my most recent visit she told me, “We’ll remember not to put you in the coldest room again.” That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and it does not go unnoticed. Maria has also been an incredible presence. She assisted Dr. Rea during two of my procedures and is truly an amazing partner — attentive, calm, and reassuring every step of the way. And then there’s Dr. Rea. She is passionate, honest, and kind, with the most genuinely comforting spirit. When I reached out over a weekend with tooth pain, I received a response to my emergency message in under an hour — on a Saturday. My prescription was sent the same day, and Dr. Rea personally called to make sure I’d seen it and to get me scheduled as early as that Monday. But the moment that truly made me a loyal patient for life happened during a procedure. One of the assistants asked Dr. Rea what she would do if she hit the lottery. Without a second of hesitation, she said, “I’d give it to my parents.” That answer — so immediate, so genuine — tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. Every visit has been nothing short of a 5-star experience. Thank you to the entire Horizon Dental team for making something I once dreaded feel completely safe. You’ve genuinely changed how I feel about dental care.

Very good dentists. Very good people who actually care about their patients. I got the least uncomfortable deep clean I have ever had. I now have a treatment plan that I can undertake at my own pace. This is the best dental practise that I have ever been to. Highly reccomended.

Started going here after I moved to Charlotte and have been consistently impressed with their level of care. Staff is kind and personable and their hygienists go above and beyond to make sure any concerns you have are addressed. Best possible experience you can have while someone is digging around in your mouth. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been going here for years. Dr. Rachel is excellent at what she does. She takes her time with all the patients she listens to all your concerns and explains everything to you. The whole staff is so pleasant. Each and every one of them.

I recently saw the new dentist on my last visit and she was absolutely amazing! I love this place. They are so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend to ANYONE!
