Favorite dental practice I've ever had! Courteous staff, nice facilities, and just a great dentist!

A very good experience!

Fraudulent practices. DO NOT GO. I went in for a simple cleaning that was covered by insurance. The dentist recommended a deep cleaning, but the hygienist who didn't even do the exam overrode her decision and refused to do any cleaning unless I bought a second add-on cleaning that I didn't need. They billed my insurance for having done a full exam, but they did not even check for cavities or do anything other than take X-rays. They tried to sell me in invisilines and got mad when I refused and said I just want my cleaning. Without having any services carried out, I tried to get my records so I could take my X-rays to a legitimate dental practice, and they have refused to send me my records or X-rays. TOTAL SCAM.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant to myself and husband. The front desk, the dental hygienists, my dentist Dr. Hyatt, and also Shandell the office manager. They all paid special attention to us, and explained everything in great detail. We’re were very pleased and satisfied with our first visit to Horizan Family Dental.

My husband and I have been going to Horizon Dentals, and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we walk in, the team makes us feel welcome and truly cares about our family’s dental health. They take the time to work with each of us individually, answer all our questions, and make every visit as comfortable as possible. We feel really supported and appreciated here it’s more than just dental care, it’s like being part of a caring family. Highly recommend!

I haven’t visited the dentist for more than 15 years after a previous bad experience, but I knew I had to have some work done. From making the appointment to check-in to x-rays to exam to cleaning… everyone was absolutely first class. Everything was explained perfectly, out of pocket costs explained in advance of doing anything, and most importantly, minimal pain and discomfort. I was very impressed.

I had my first visit here and from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very organized. They made the check-in process quick and stress-free. The dental assistant was kind and explained each step before doing anything. The dentist was professional, gentle, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The office itself was clean, modern, and very calming. Great service, great people, and a great first impression. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to family and friends.

I thought they were fantastic—well-organized and staffed with providers who deliver excellent care. However, one of the most important aspects of a good clinic is knowing the costs upfront. While Horizon’s policy is to collect payment prior to service, this office does not submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies. This means that if you receive a surprise bill, neither the insurance company nor the dental office can help resolve the issue. To avoid the risk of unexpected charges, I strongly encourage you to consider another dental office—one that prioritizes transparency and takes the necessary steps to protect their patients financially.

Dr. Hyatt was outstanding and has a terrific bedside manner. The hygienist had a gentle touch, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. The X-ray technician, front desk team, and entire staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The office is modern, spotless, and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Hyatt as a dentist!
