I have enjoyed getting my dental service at hospitality dental for years! The new staff are just as friendly and professional as the experience staff.

Had my first root canal ever done today. I definitely have not been a go to the dentist person, the anxiety and fear has always kept me away as an adult. Tia was amazing, she definitely put me at ease with the whole process and made sure I was doing great the whole time. Dr Nakashima was great! Her attention to detail and answering my questions while managing her patients. They made a great team and I couldn't have been more greatful for a great experience.

I came in today for a simple permanent filling on my crown, I waited in the chair longer than I would if I had to be numbed for the procedure, which I wasn’t. While waiting for the doctor to treat me the treatment coordinator Maria showed me a print out with the total out of pocket cost of $12.60 and had me sign a different form with no pricing agreement attached to it. When the treatment was completed I proceeded to remove the protective glasses off my eyes and the dental assistant Rosie rudely told me “The eyewear is ours!” as if I was trying to steal them. I then told her trust me I don’t want them. Upon check out I was given a different out of pocket amount of $14.10. I let the front desk receptionist know that’s not what was showed to me by Maria chair side before the procedure. She then called Maria for a copy and she brings two different documents one with my signature and one without with the $1.50 difference on the printout that I was previously shown. I know it’s not much of a difference but there shouldn’t be a difference at all. While trying to understand why I’m being charged a different co pay the receptionist’s hands were visibly shanking while taking my payment. There was no reason for her to be nervous if they were being honest with me. I really wanted to like this office but unfortunately I will not be returning. Integrity is everything, I hope the extra $1.50 was worth losing and patient and gaining a negative review. I will be contacting the BBB.

Just had my temporary put in and Tia was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the entire process. For someone who has an internal fear of the dentist people like Tia make all the difference great job hospitality dental. P.S: Tia deserves a raise!!!!!!

We love our dentist office so much Dr. Amy, Tina and Gina are the sweetest trio in dentistry. My kids always feel welcome and comfortable. Even in painful situations they feel safe and know it's only gonna last but a few seconds because these women know how to soothe their worries. So thankful for this dentistry. The pineapple theme tho! If you know you know. 🍍🦷🪥

This is an awesome dentist! The staff here is very nice, helpful, and the always answer whatever questions you have! Had a deep cleaning done by Veronica she was very kind, patient, and gentle with me! I highly recommend coming here if you’re a first timer or haven’t had dental work like me in years! Great and awesome place! Also they play good music in the waiting area :)
