A temporary acrylic bridge worn during healing is not the same object as the definitive zirconia one that eventually replaces it, so a quote that omits the second is not comparable to a quote that includes it. Ask for the plan broken into stages, with what each stage delivers and what it costs, rather than a single headline figure.

Giancarlo Romero, Carlos Soucy, Carlos Sierra, and Karen Clemente work from 4548 Bissonnet Street, Suite 300, in Bellaire, just inside the 610 Loop and a short drive from West University Place, Meyerland, and the Texas Medical Center. Prosthodontics is the specialty concerned with replacing and restoring teeth, which is why full mouth reconstruction, dentures, porcelain veneers, gummy smile correction, and treatment for ectodermal dysplasia all sit under one roof here rather than being referred out.
The first appointment is diagnostic. Cone beam CT maps bone and anatomy, an intraoral scanner replaces impression putty, and Bellus3D facial scanning lets tooth design be planned against your actual face rather than a cast in isolation. For full-arch cases the practice uses photogrammetry, a PIC camera that records implant positions optically, which removes the distortion conventional impressions introduce across a long span. The in-house laboratory then builds and adjusts the prosthesis on site, which shortens the loop between a fit problem and its fix.
The team works in English and Spanish. Hours are Monday through Thursday, nine to four, with Friday mornings only until noon, so surgical and long restorative appointments are best scheduled early in the week.

Dr. Romero has been my prosthodontist since October 2007. He put three teeth on two implants back then. Last year, he added one more implant, after bone had been added to the site and healed. I still have my three original prosthetic teeth in good condition. Dr. Romero is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains every step. He uses the latest technology which saves time for both his patients and himself. His office staff is also highly experienced. I highly recommend his practice.

He has been thorough, completely followed through of what needed to be done. Now after many appointments I’m completely satisfied with the results and now eating with no problems and with teeth that look so natural and comfortable.
