I have to edit this because there are no words for what I went through. I had my first cleaning and felt very seen and heard, but when I called for my treatment plan I was given the run-around. They never called me back to discuss out of pocket cost. Long story short, I called multiple times to get answers and they knew my teeth needed some work. I called for an emergency visit because a tooth ache came on. I called TWO days in a row and both times they told me they would call me back; THEY NEVER DID. I had to go to a new dental spot and they had to do an emergency root canal to ease the pain I was in. Honestly, this is where public health fails the patients. Follow up care is critical and when the patient is calling for follow up and medical services cannot deliver is the saddest part because now the problem is bigger when it could have been avoided. If i could give ZERO stars I would. You played with my health and my teeth; to me that is unforgivable.
