Ive been taking my kids here for 16 years. The staff here are amazing. Dr. Martin is my 4 yr olds dentist and today he did my sons first treatment and it couldn’t have gone any smoother.

The staff is super sweet. They work so well with my children.

Solid experience overall. The staff was friendly and the dentist actually took time to explain what was going on with my teeth. Got me in quick for an emergency appointment which I really appreciated. Only giving 4 stars because the wait was a little longer than I expected, but the care was great. Would still recommend.

I scheduled an urgent appointment on Friday, June 26th because a broken wisdom tooth was causing extreme pain and needed to be removed. As someone with cardiopulmonary disease, I was happy I could be seen so quickly. My appointment was set for June 29th at 3:30pm. I arrived early after mixing up the time with my daughter’s appointment which was the next day at 1:30pm. The front desk clerk was kind, accommodating, and checked me in early, which I appreciated. The technician who took my X‑rays was also compassionate and patient. She acknowledged the pain I was in and made me feel cared for. Unfortunately, that sense of care shifted once I reunited with Andrew Martin. This was my second time seeing him for the same issue... I first saw him in May of last year. His greeting was friendly, but the appointment felt rushed. I had to repeatedly ask for clarity about what they saw, whether there was an infection, and what my next steps were. None of this information was offered without me pressing for answers. I was given antibiotics and told to find another surgeon because theirs was booked up. I left feeling uncertain and unsupported… and that feeling proved justified the next day at my daughter’s appointment. Today, June 30th, my three‑year‑old daughter, who is autistic and was overstimulated at the time, was seen by Tracy King. She did not introduce herself; I only knew her name from her jacket. She entered the room complaining about my daughter touching the countertop behind me. She made several comments about my daughter’s behavior, and when I explained she is autistic, Ms. King told me I “need to bring a man next time, a strong man,” and asked about her father’s whereabouts. As a disabled single mother of a special‑needs child, with my only support being my senior mother whom I also care for, her comments were humiliating and deeply inappropriate. I was already struggling to hold my daughter during the exam, and instead of offering support or patience, Ms. King made me feel judged and defeated. There was no warmth or effort to make my daughter comfortable. She handed her a sticker, and the appointment was over but not before she made a few comments about how my daughter was "big for a 3 year old" and there are 4 and 5 year olds her size. In 2026, I cannot believe we are still doing this to children. This experience left me feeling dismissed, unsupported, and disrespected... both as a patient and as a parent of a child with special needs. It was my daughter’s first dental visit, and I believe there should have been a genuine effort to get to know the patient and the parent in a non‑judgmental, compassionate way. I am very disheartened by my experience here.

Staff made me feel comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years and can’t wait to come back. I saw an immediate difference in my smile.

I came into iBrush as a walk-in and in extreme pain. I am terrified of dentists in general, but after meeting Dr Martin and his assistant Jay, my existing fear was put at ease! They both had warm and calming mannerisms and let me know that I was in good hands, my procedures were handled with care and professionalism. Everything being done was explained to me beforehand and the entire process was done quick and efficiently. I will and would highly recommend Dr Martin, Jay and the entire iBrush family Dental Care staff to anyone needing excellent dental care. The office is extremely clean, spacious and well managed. Thank you Dr Martin and Jay, because for the first time ever, I left a dentist office with a smile on my face!

This place has improved a lot. I’ve been going here for a long time when I first went I don’t remember it being nearly as good as it is now Dr. Martin is awesome

My kids are here all the time, the dental work they get done is great! Doctor King is patient and does great work! The staff in the front are very nice and the dental assistants are as well. A great place to bring your kids. My son is Autistic and my youngest daughter hates going to the dentist by the way!
