Professional and neat!

I’ve been a patient at Iranian Dental Center for over 6 years, completed two surgeries there, visit regularly, and even referred my family. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I had a confirmed appointment at 8:00 PM and arrived on time, but was kept waiting for over 20 minutes. Then I was told that the doctor I booked with was unavailable and I would need to see another doctor instead. What’s frustrating is that no one informed me in advance. I came from a far distance, and this lack of communication shows poor respect for patients’ time—especially long-term ones. Very disappointing experience compared to the standards I used to expect from this clinic

Indeed very friendly doctors and staff, and perfect place to go if you are looking for friends. But if you go for dental treatment, best of luck. Will leave you in pain and blood for weeks. And when you ask why is this happening, the answer will be "uuhhm, I wonder why it is happening". Well if you would pay attention while learning to become a dentist, might have known what you are doing wrong. I know generally Iranian doctors to be of very high quality and great professionals of their fields, which is why I went there. This clinic is not a representative of it at all. Response: There is no record of my complaint, because no one contacted me on so called "frequent follow-ups"
