I'm a nervous patient and hadn't been to a dentist for a number of years. I was recommended Lucy, and she has been absolutely wonderful with me. Lucy is very patient, friendly, explains everything in detail and has put me at ease so much. Would highly recommend Lucy, and the other staff are so friendly. If you're looking for a new dentist I can't fault Ideal Dental.
Antoinette is an absolute asset to the practice, I am an extremely nervous patient, she is always kind calm and puts me at ease. With all the patients she has she always remembers things about you so you don’t feel the whole thing is such an ordeal! The whole practice from reception with Katrina and Julie, Paula dental nurse are all so friendly, they help to make you feel at ease the minute you walk in the door! Going to the dentist for me is always filled with dread but it’s made so much easier by them all, the staff are what make this practice outstanding!

Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are always caring and understanding. The whole team makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in, which is so important when visiting the dentist. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding, and everything is always explained clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive dental practice.
