Ideal Smiles Dentistry

I really wanted to like this office but now that I've received a bill for $92 when I told them I already had x-rays done in April, provided them the xrays AND they told me they checked my insurance before doing the xrays (so apparently they lied?), I can't recommend them.

dr zahir was incredibly rude and not accommodating, said i was going to another dentist and she said “well why come here” DO NOT GO HERE !! other staff was nice, she was not!

Had all good experiences so far. They take my insurance and pricing is fair. The hygienists and doctor are all very friendly and professional. Gonna stick with this place as long as I can!

Absolutely love it here! everyone is very sweet and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and they keep everything nice and tidy. Ive been coming here for some years now and i still love it!

Great experience as a new patient. They were able to even complete my cleaning the same day!! Amazing staff and Rose was just a sweetheart and very professional. She knew what she was doing and made me feel even more confident about the experience. Will be back!

I hate going to the dentist. BUT, Ideal Smiles has made going to the dentist something I never thought it could be... ENJOYABLE! The staff that Dr. Zahir has put together is nothing short of amazing. I have told my entire family and some friends about her. Shout out to Peggy for her professionalism, great service and awesome conversation. This office is really welcoming. There's no smile like an IDEAL SMILE! ... You see what I did there.😁

I initially visited Ideal Smiles because they accepted my insurance, and I will say the front desk staff, dental hygienist, and doctor were all very kind and welcoming. However, I would not recommend this practice if you are looking for a more conservative approach to dental care. I was told I had 10 cavities and needed extensive treatment, which was very overwhelming. After getting a second opinion, I found out I only had a couple cavities that actually needed fillings. The treatment recommendations here felt very aggressive and would have cost far beyond what insurance covered. Again, everyone was friendly and professional, but I would strongly encourage getting a second opinion before moving forward with major dental work here.

I had been going to this dentist for a couple years. I was 9 months pregnant, and after a cleaning, where the hygienist told me my teeth were great and the “dentist was just going to come take a quick look” and a very short exam from the dentist, she told me that I had three cavities. That seemed very wrong to me, because I’ve never had any cavities. I thought maybe it’s because I’m pregnant and something happened to my teeth? I couldn’t get them fixed while I was pregnant, and I waited six month until my next cleaning and saw a second different dentist. I got X-rays which showed no cavities. She glanced at my teeth, said they looked great, THEN the hygienist told her that I had “pending treatment” for three cavities, and she goes ohhh yes, shines a light back in my mouth and then says “yes cavities are like CANCER. They’re not going away and you need to get them fixed”. That scared me, and I went to a different dentist office to get a second opinion. This dentist assured me that I had ZERO cavities and my teeth looked great. Ideal smiles is unethical and take advantage of patients who don’t know any better so that they can charge their insurances- just money grabbers. I would recommend finding a different dentistry practice.

I had an amazing experience at Ideal Smiles Dentistry with Dr. Zahir! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Zahir was very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently. I truly felt cared for and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!
