I underwent orthodontic treatment at this clinic, and I wholeheartedly recommend choosing them , the treatment went wonderfully. Every doctor and ortho assistants was as open and sincere as possible; they explained each step of the process and had answers to all my questions. The front desk team is very friendly and kind. You definitely feel welcome from the moment you walk in. This was actually my third time getting braces overall (previously at other clinics), and out of all three experiences, this one was by far the best. I’m so glad I chose this clinic this time!

Approaching the end of my treatment and glad to say that the experience was great. During appointments, Mari always answered my concerns or doubts and explained the processes. When I would come by without my mom, the front desk was very helpful and kind, notably Iryna and Tanya. Also the free lollipops are nice.

I have had a terrible experience with customer service at this business and I would not recommend bringing your business here. Monica the manager advised me I could bring my daughter here at anytime today due to a broken wire. I arrive at 12:20 and then they tell me they are closed for lunch until 1:30. I tell them that I am not available to bring her in because I brought her in during my work lunch break. The tech that came out was extremely rude and continued an argument with me. No apology was given. I regret ever bringing my business to image orthodontics.

From the desk to the clinical staff the entire experience was amazing. Genuinely kind people that want the best treatment for you possible. Would 1000% recommend. Irina, Tanya, and Dr. Kalika especially, thank you!

First time at an orthodontist’s was very scared when I walked in, but was greeted by beautiful smiles, and wonderful people make me feel right at home and safe. Talk with the wonderful staff on a plan to get my smile back on track work with Maricela such a wonderful person she knew that I was scared and she was so gentle and kind walking me through the process. I had a great experience.

I love every single person in this clinic! Starting from reception with Irina and Tatiana, medical stuff, Sandy, every other personnel I worked with and of course doctor KALIKA himself - all are amazing, kind, smart and beautiful people! Best clinic ever! So happy I’m with them doing my braces. Couldn’t find anything better in the whole Bay Area!

I’ve just completed my 12 months Invisalign treatment and I had the most pleasant experience with Image Orthodontics! I had a pretty misaligned bite and some asymmetry, now my teeth look so much better. The staff has always been attentive, listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. The office is nice and the location is convenient. A big thank you to everyone who was helping me with my treatment!
