Lilly and Larissa so helpful! We took both our young kids and they were so accommodating and had so many extras for the kids! The kids loved it and want to go back to the dentist tomorrow! It’s important to me to establish a positive experience for my kids at a young age with the dentist and this exceeded expectations! Thank you all!

For not really being taken the dentist as a kid they’ve honestly have been the sweetest staff. Plus being pregnant they’re doing the most to be accommodating. 10/10 recommend. Also brought my 1 1/2 yr old here and they were super sweet.

This specific location is my favorite & our number 1 dentist! The staff is always so welcoming and happy to see you & get you in and out fast. It’s very professional and easy going dental office & they treat you like a family member!

Been going here for years. Since I was a kid. Seen different staff come in Go. But the lady’s are always so welcoming and treat you with so much care. Super friendly and went above and beyond. Even the new girl that was training was nice & doing awesome. They truly make you feel like family here

Great experience! The waiting area is kid friendly. My daughter enjoyed it and was explained every step along the way.

First of all I want to say that I love the doctors and staff, friendly willing to talk to you. Here where everything goes down hill, called to get a saturday appt, you can never talk to office, all calls go to the call center. The girls that work at call center don’t seem to know what’s going on, and even seem annoyed your calling them, my kids appts were put in wrong, called for a treatment appointment they were put as exam and cleaning. Doctor was able to accommodate which I really appreciated. Scheduled my appointment for the following saturday, get there the waiting room is packed. They took my X-rays and put me back outside bc no rooms were available waited another 20 mins for a room. It already 45 min past my appt start time. When I asked the front desk why they gave me a appt at that time if they don’t have rooms, was told they don’t really have control over scheduling as that is call center. Fine I get that but they had so many people scheduled at the same time. The wait was ridiculous never had a problem like this before. I even saw some patient leave because of the wait time. I honest feel like they are now packing people in like sardine, when I finally got a room you could see the assistant running around like crazy bc they don’t have enough hands to see everyone. As a patient I want to feel valued for my time, not just a number on the schedule. If scheduling and wait times are going to continue to be like this, I don’t think we will be back.
