Phone not working. Unprofessional customer service.

This is the worst clinic I have ever visited, nobody will answer to their telephone, different receptionist without etiquette handling clients, they don't even respect the client's time, they will tell you to go to other branch because Ms. Sheila has been transferred a day prior to your appointment, it's very disgusting! you already ask from your work for a leave, because of this useless appointment date, and for my last session, they called and chatted me on that day of my appointment that they are closed! How unprofessional you are!! So please, don't you ever booked an appointment or even visit their clinic. I can tell you that, this is my WORST EXPERIENCED EVER!!!!

Very happy with the service, Dr. Sheila did my hair removal and Hydra facial with Dr. Hala, both were amazing. The reception lady Dapika was polite and she helped me with discount from the owner. Will recommend definitely but the need to add more receptionist, there was only one girl there so 4 star for not having enough staff at front.

What a amazing experience in imc ,so great ful to meet with mr.kesap and Mr.mohammed,help full then other,nowadays I received my appointment call on time very understanding management as well,I recommended to every staff should learn from kesap how to talk with customers.

Completely unprofessional. The clinic does not have enough Technichian/ doctors to accommodate the customers. Receptionist not professional on the way they speak to the customer. They keep giving offers and, they cannot actually book even appointments. They ask customers to show on time. I came before my time waiting more than 45mins no apologies and, the excuse sorry we do not have enough Technichian . Actually, that’s unprofessional reply to the customers. Very poor place honestly and, it sad that’s in dubai actually. I will finish my package and never recommend them

My appointment was set at 12:00 PM and I came ten minutes earlier out of respect for my appointment just to find out the center itself was locked and all the lights were turned off. The dentist isn’t even here yet and they expected me to wait for her to show up. Highly unprofessional, will not come back to be honest! Also, the floor is so dirty and the place does not smell nice.

They booked me for 3:30PM appointment but no one attended to me! They made me wait for 1 hour. I asked if its gonna take longer, receptionists told me she will check but she never gave me an update. Waited for another 15 minutes for the update but nothing. I decided to leave instead. If you can't follow your own schedule, don't ask people to make appointments! Its a total waste of time.
