Normally going to the office is a pleasant experience. i’m very super sensitive in my mouth and i have a hard time with the drill and picks that they use for teeth cleaning. i’m aware how important the service is and i work to tolerate it more every time . I did want to mention the receptionist you first encounter when arriving into the office. Don’t know her name but she has a long pony tail. And is not very friendly, and very fake and insincere when you may have the most simple request. i definetly would suggest an attitude adjustment. The rest of the staff is friendly. Especially the office manager Sophie . She is fantastic , and frankly the office is lucky to have her.

I give 5 stars to Karen she is so wonderful. When I had my surgery I was under anesthesia. Karen is who I remember the most! She took amazing care of me. She fed me like I was her little baby. Most people don't remember but I remember everything! Her kind voice, her nourishing hands. She has a caring heart ❤️. I feel truly blessed that she was there for me. Every appointment I look forward to seeing her. The other staff are great aswell. Sofia in accounting is a wonderful Woman she will do all she can to help you get to wear you need to be. The Doctor i believe wants all his patients to be happy. I am currently under design now and Shelby and I are working much better together. I am thankful for that! He has been really nice. I will continue to provide updates on my journey. Much blessings to the entire team at implants for life. And please don't let me forget about the receptionist lady she makes a point to know all her patients faces. I appreciate that. It makes me feel good that she knows exactly who I am! 😊

It took me over a year to decide what I have to do with my teeth which were not in good condition. Finally a month ago after seeing the top dental implants doctors. I decided to go with doctor Ebrahamian. I am going to update my process in a YouTube channel which gave a better understanding what a person goes through with total implants. But about this facility, it is an amazing people to go work with.

Had a great teeth cleaning today! The front desk was so kind and helpful especially Bianca. Always a good cleaning with my fave hygienist Izzy.

I am a new patient it's been a ruff experience for me. Majority of the staff are pleasant and polite. I want to feel that the doctor cares. I do know Manny and the doctor who helped me today cares. She listens to what you have to say. And she will try to do her best to help. I wish I could remember her name but she knows who I am talking about . The guy who made my teeth is very rude! He doesn't like when you complain about the teeth and how they fit. He did an awful job on my first set 😢. I need better. I paid alot of money to have this done. I should have a great set of teeth. I understand this is the beginning so I'm looking forward to a better set. I'm sure that I am not the only one who feels this way. Keep in mind people we put our trust in you when we made this life altering decision! When I am done with the entire process I will review again
