About Implants and Periodontal Arts - Endo Arts
Implants and Periodontal Arts - Endo Arts operates on West Ray Road in the Windmills West area of Chandler, Arizona. Periodontics is the specialty focused on the gums and the bone supporting the teeth, handling more advanced gum disease, related surgical treatment, and — in many practices — dental implant placement, which sits naturally alongside that training.
Routine attendance, roughly every six months for most people, is what actually keeps small problems small. A lot of decay and gum disease develops without any pain in its early stages, which is why regular checkups matter even when nothing seems to be wrong, rather than only booking an appointment once something hurts.
A first appointment at a new practice typically covers a full examination, a review of your dental and medical history, and a professional cleaning, with X-rays if you do not have recent ones. It is also a reasonable time to raise any longer-term concerns, cosmetic or otherwise, so they can be factored into a plan going forward.
Day-to-day oral health still comes down to the basics between visits — brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between the teeth, and limiting how often sugary food and drink appear through the day matters more than the total amount eaten at once. Regular professional care is what catches whatever those habits do not.
Digital X-rays are a routine part of dental care because they show what a visual exam alone cannot — decay forming between teeth, bone loss below the gumline, and how developing adult teeth are positioned in children. They use a low radiation dose and are taken on a schedule matched to individual risk rather than at every single visit.
Left untreated, small dental problems tend not to stay small. A minor cavity that would have been a straightforward filling can progress to needing root canal treatment and a crown, and early gum inflammation that would have reversed with a good cleaning can progress toward bone loss around the teeth. Catching things early is generally the difference in both effort and cost. Lots of good info shared, friendly and professional. Erika and the great front office staff made me feel welcome and cared about as a patient and person.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Walia and his entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Walia took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about my treatment and outcome. The office is welcoming, efficient, and I always felt I was in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Walia and his team to anyone looking for exceptional periodontal care!.
I had a good experience with this Doctor. I was impressed with the down to earth, matter of fact, no worries, behavior that I felt with Dr. Walia. As a black man it is important to me that I not feel racism where I spend my money. Passive aggressive racism is something that I see and deal with regularly, daily, several times a day. I felt welcomed here. Not superficial welcomed, but genuinely I felt that I was treated with respect. I was able to ask the questions I wanted to ask and those questions were answered. I do recommend this dental facility to everyone, but I am particularly speaking to blacks.
I had a complicated anterior implant repair done, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Anterior implant work is delicate and complex, but the result looks amazing and feels completely natural. The level of skill and attention to detail was truly impressive. Recovery was smoother than I expected, and the staff was always available to answer questions and check in. If you need periodontal or implant work—especially something complex—I highly recommend this office. I’m so thankful I was in such capable hands!
For my third round of orthodontics, I found out I needed to have my frenulum removed. I was referred to Dr. Walia by my dentist. I was able to get scheduled for a consultation very quickly. Dr. Walia was even able to perform my minor oral surgery the same day as the consultation. The office staff was very welcoming and considerate in all of our interactions. Dr Walia was excellent throughout the surgery and it was completed without complication. However, even though we had local anesthesia, I did have some minor pain and discomfort during the procedure. I wish I had opted to have the post op shot that helps with pain for three days. I think it’s a nerve blocker. My pain post surgery was more severe than I expected. It hurt to laugh or smile for about two and a half weeks. Four weeks post surgery and we are feeling great! Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend this office and Dr. Walia to any friend or family needing dental implant work or gum repairs. Thank you for helping me keep my smile looking it’s best! :)
We appreciate the prompt attention to our situation and the experience of the office to address the resolution. Their approach made it easy for dialogue and consensus of treatment between specialist, primary dentist and patient. Without hesitation, we recommend the practice to others.
My Experience with Dr Walia has been tremendous! He is saving my teeth! All the employees are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I am treated very well.
