About Infinity Dental Care

Based on East Main Street in Hillsboro, Oregon, Infinity Dental Care is a dental practice serving the area. A dental implant replaces a missing tooth at the root, not just the crown — a small titanium post is placed in the jaw bone and, once it has integrated over a period of months, a replacement tooth is attached to it. It is generally the most durable option for a single missing tooth or several.

Clear aligners straighten teeth through a series of custom, removable trays, each worn for one to two weeks before moving to the next in the sequence. They suit mild to moderate crowding and spacing well, and are worn roughly twenty to twenty-two hours a day for treatment to stay on schedule.

A veneer is a thin custom shell bonded to the front of a tooth to change its shape, length, or colour, most often used to address chips, gaps, or discoloration that whitening alone cannot fix. Traditional veneers require a small amount of enamel to be removed, which makes the change permanent.

Cosmetic treatment is generally the least invasive branch of dentistry, built around changing how teeth look rather than fixing something broken. Whitening and bonding sit at the lighter end; veneers and reshaping involve more planning. Most cosmetic dental insurance excludes this kind of work, since it is elective rather than medically necessary.

Emergency dental care covers sudden problems that will not wait for a routine appointment — severe pain, a knocked-out or fractured tooth, swelling, or a lost filling that leaves a tooth exposed. Same-day or urgent appointments are the point of an emergency service, rather than the standard multi-week booking window.

A crown covers an entire damaged tooth — used when too much structure is missing for a filling to hold reliably, whether from a large fracture, extensive decay, or after root canal treatment. It restores both the shape and the biting strength of the tooth underneath. We continually and consistently have great experiences with Infinity Dental Care. Dr. Kalluri and her staff are absolutely fabulous in every regard. My wife and I recently had our teeth cleaned and attended to by Radawn, Dental Hygienist. She is outstanding with her professionalism and incredible attention to details with our teeth. She doesn't just clean your teeth, but provides total oral health care. She is always friendly and highly personable to all her patients, and we are so grateful for her excellent service. We also appreciate their wonderful receptionist, Elizabeth. She, too, is always so kind and helpful and willing to assist. Her infectious smile brightens our day! Infinity Dental Care is unquestionably a true asset to our community and the field of dentistry, and we highly recommend them continually to family and friends!

Dr. Aarati and her team at Infinity Dental Care are truly amazing. They are extremely professional, thorough, and detailed, but what really stands out is how personal and caring they are — they genuinely make you feel like family. After visiting several terrible dentists over the years, I finally found Dr. Aarati and her team, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Aarati is incredibly skilled, honest, and attentive, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Their team of hygienists is also amazing and has always been top-notch. I drive an hour for my appointments and it is absolutely worth it every time. I highly recommend Infinity Dental Care to anyone in Hillsboro and beyond looking for exceptional dental care.

Last week I went to Infinity dental to help my grandfather translate during his scheduled appointment since he is not very good at English and there is not always someone working to help translate. He had voiced to me before his appointment that he had dentures made there and there was a piece that broke off. Due to the chip he had concerns about the chip causing more damage, once we arrived we voiced this concern to the front desk lady and she tried her best to inform us of how the process worked for them to be inspected and the cost if they saw they needed to be remolded. Although it was a minor concern of his, it was still a big investment that he made and wanted to make sure they were in excellent condition. After discussing with the lady at the front desk she told us that if a new molding needed to be made, it wasn’t covered due to how long it had been. Which was okay with us but we hadn’t been explained properly to why it was. We had them decided to talk it over since we still had time before the appointment and after discussing it we moved forward with the appointment. Once we got in, the dental assistant was very kind and did go her best ability to accommodate a place for my partner and I to sit. Everything was going smoothly, and all we had to do was wait for Dr. Aarati Kalluri. As we waited we saw there wasn’t many people But ended up waiting 30 minutes minimum. I understand that other clients need attending to as well but 30+ minutes is a lot. Once Dr. Aarati Kalluri arrives she came off as kind, that quickly changed after my grandfather kept asking questions. One thing about him is that he makes sure he understands everything and if he has concerns to voice them. After feeling like he wasn’t fully understanding what Dr. Aarati Kalluri was telling him about how the dentures sometimes have wear and tear he then asks about a part of the denture that was filled with a “different” PMMA (to what he could see) she tells him that it’s not. But he feels that this “different” PMMA isn’t as sturdy as the original part closest to the teeth. She proceeds to tell me “how does he know? Is he a dentist?😒🤨” in a very passive aggressive tone. Which I, my grandfather and partner took offense to because he was just voicing a concern and she got defensive and rude about. I then begin the get upset because she doesn’t try to understand where he’s coming from, it seems more as though she just wants him to stop talking and finish with the appointment as quickly as possible. She proceeds to ask for my name which i give her and continues with her rude manner of speaking. I continue to translate for him and she then says “can you let me know what you’re saying because I don’t understand you😠” I get more upset because she’s getting frustrated over the fact that we are talking in our native language and can’t understand when I’m trying to tell him what she’s telling me. I tell her that I’m just relaying the information she’s giving me. After that she then asks if we will fix the dentures and I tell her yes. Two minutes later she asks again “so are we going to fix it or not?🙄” and I just tell her “yes we are” in the same tone she’s using because I have tried to be patient with her. Never in my life have I felt so offended and disrespected by a dental practitioner. Keep in mind my grandfather is 76 years old, the manner in how I was raised was to be respectful and patient with your elders. Not once did he get upset with her, not once was he disrespectful or out of line. And to have to experience something so hurtful is so disappointing. I strongly don’t recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I love to support independent dentists not part of a big chain and Dr Kalluri is amazing. She connects with her patients, remembering details and genuinely cares. She does exception work, very clearly explains the work that is needed and doesn’t recommend incessant work. The expenses are clearly explained before hand. This practice has a lovely staff and I recommend her practice to everyone.
