I just got from Dr Mazen's for a root canal treatment and i have to say this is the best dentist experience ive had in my life. No exageration. he has fairy hands i didnt feel a single pain. Very gentle and extremely precise work. I definitly recommend to put your trust in his hands. His assistant also was amazing. He made me very comfortable. He made me like going to the dentist again. i have to make a crown next month with him i know for sure i will not be stressed going to this appoitment! Thank you Dr Mazen🙏🏽

I purchased an 8‑session mesotherapy package for hair loss based on the clinic's promise that results would appear after 3–4 sessions. I completed 5 sessions. Zero results. The treatment was painful – the doctor had a heavy hand. At every visit, he aggressively tried to upsell additional expensive treatments. On 21 May 2026, the clinic agreed in writing to refund me for 3 unused sessions and asked for my bank details. I provided them immediately. After that, they stopped responding. I sent follow‑up messages – all ignored. Only after I filed complaints with DET, DMCC, DHA and left a honest Google review, based on my own experience, the clinic finally contacted me again. On 17 July 2026, they refunded the money for unused sessions. I am grateful the money was eventually returned, but it should not have required this much effort – complaints to multiple authorities and a public review. I sincerely hope the clinic improves both their treatment quality and customer service.

Great service once again with Dr Fadi. Highly recommend this dentist for anyone living in Dubai. The care is always professional, appointments run smoothly, and you feel well looked after from start to finish. Everything is explained clearly, and the overall experience is consistently reassuring and comfortable. Would definitely return and continue recommending to others.

I am very happy I found this dental clinic out of thousands in Dubai. I’ve been going to Dr Fadi for a year now and I can confidently say he is the best dentist I’ve ever come across. He is very honest, doesn’t push you to do unnecessary treatments, always kind and meets you with a smile and highly skilled. I had a very bad tooth last year which I thought needed root canal, but Dr Fadi was able to save it and no root canal was needed in the end. Very few dentists are able to do what he did. I also did teeth whitening, very happy with the result. Highly recommend.
