I’ve been a patient for nearly 20 years and won’t be going back after today. I called to make an appointment for my husband & had no problem setting it up. The next morning at 7am Katina calls and says my account has an outstanding balance and will need to be paid. While I understand this is my own issue and the office needs to get paid, Katina had a terrible attitude and rude tone this entire conversation. I was asking questions trying to figure out the reason for the balance (since it was from years before) and instead of being helpful it seemed to annoy her more. Overall this could’ve been handled without at the attitude. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying just wanted to understand. I told her to cancel the appointment and while I work towards paying my bill I’ll find another dentist because I won’t be going back.

Friendly staff, and nice dental office that plays awesome Christian music. The dental hygienist did a great job in cleaning the stubborn stains between my teeth and providing me with proper flossing methods to help prevent them in the future.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile! Love Dr Bishop and her staff. Been seeing my hygienist for years and super happy with my care.
