(This account is not my real name. I dont want them to comment saying they don’t recognize my name as a patient they’ve had, in order to dismiss my review like they have done with others.) They were extremely late at my last appointment, charged me for services I did not approve or request, and then billed my insurance for procedures I did not get. If you go here I recommend that you look closely at the codes they bill to your insurance.

Hands down the best dental clinic I have been to in 42yrs. Dr. Truesdale is very knowledgeable & informative and explains your full plan of care in detail. Don’t walk run to the website and book your dental care 🏃🏼‍♀️

I am a HORRIBLE dental patient who is very hard to numb and have had to have most of my teeth crowned. I have never had a better experience at a dental office. Dr. Truesdale is AMAZING and takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and explains what she is doing to make sure I'm OK. I highly recommend her to anyone especially if you have had a negative experience somewhere else.

If you are looking for a well-trained, thorough, compassionate, and attention-to-detail dentist, look no further! Dr. Truesdale is phenomenal! I had zero anxiety, which is extremely unusual for me. First, you should know that she is former military, which means she’s been trained by some of the best dentists. And you can tell! She also listens and takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn’t make it feel like she’s rushing you out. She has the best bedside manner! Second, and most importantly, my teeth look amazing! Her dental assistants were super caring, too. The dental hygienist, Nicole, did an awesome job cleaning my teeth as well! Next, while people generally expect a wait in any doctor’s or dentist’s office, the most I’ve ever waited was like 3 minutes. I really wanted my teeth polished, but I guess you don’t get that when you have a deeper type cleaning. No worries - I’ll be back! I almost like going to the dentist now because I’ve had such a positive experience. Last, but not least, the customer service was excellent - everyone is so friendly, caring, and professional. While I expected the quality of the work to be good; she exceeded expectations. What I did not expect, based on past experiences, was such a quick turnaround time for the crowns. She does quite a few other procedures here as well, so I’m going to go to her for as much as possible. Oddly enough, I have been extremely lucky with dentists this year; this hasn’t always been my experience. It’s one thing to find a highly skilled dentist, but quite another to find one who is a genuinely nice person and truly cares about the patient. Going to the dentist can be a nerve-wrecking experience, but I am so happy I found this office! By the time she is done, I know my teeth are going to look amazing! I had some cleaning and crown work done here and I do not do well at the dentist. I get very anxious sitting in the chair with a drill in my mouth. Everyone in this office made sure I was comfortable through all the procedures I had. My crowns look great and I feel like I have a new smile. Thank you. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Truesdale is an amazing dentist to say the least. I always have anxiety when I visit the dentist and all of the prior dentists I’ve been treated by treated me very badly.. unprofessionally even but from the very first time meeting Dr. Truesdale she treated me with kindness, dignity, respect and tenderness. Understand that I have PTSD and anxiety and she helped me get through one of the worst panic attacks I’ve ever had. She talked me through the entire episode, didn’t pose any judgement or maltreatment towards in any way. If I could give more than 5 stars I’d give 1000. 10/10 Definitely recommend 😌
