The people here are very kind and knowledgeable. Grateful to have people caring for my teeth that know how to utilize their imaging equipment, but perhaps more impressively, piece and craft together the outputs of their various imaging devices/machines to coherently and confidently interpret and explain what’s going on with my dental health.

Had a great cleaning with Jackie, she was very attentive and made sure all my needs were addressed!

If dentistry ever got a bad wrap, it wasn’t from Innovative. An extremely inviting nature and warm welcome from every team member. They have integrated hospitality & technology seamlessly into their craft. Making the overall experience as smooth and seamless as can be. Dr. Megan & Malorie have consistently provided excellent care. I look forward to my next appointment every time.

I would 100% highly recommend Innovative Dental. I was so incredibly pleased and put at ease immediately, even from my very first visit. The entire staff has made me feel so comfortable both before during and after. Each visit was both professional and personal. Even the entire procedure for getting my new implants was better than I could have possibly imagined. The thing that completely blew my mind was how quickly Dr Olsen and his staff completed the implants and that same day I did leave with teeth but most of all, I had zero pain. I seriously had no pain at all, not during the procedure, the healing or any day since then. I am totally and perfectly pleased and so glad I made the decision to go to Innovative Dental.

Everyone in the office was very nice and accommodating. I would like to say how impressed I was with Madi. She went above and below assisting me. Was patient and kind. I have a physical disability and her attitude towards me was very welcoming and accepting. I would one day down the road, Lord willing, be able to have my teeth done. The cost was a lot more than I had ever realized. Maybe a miracle will occur! I definitely would be seeing you guys. The dentist is spoke with was kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Innovative Dental of Springfield. I have major dental anxiety. My heart starts racing even thinking about the dentist. But I was experiencing pain I couldn’t ignore any longer. I went to innovative dental and had an experience like none other. 3 appointments later I am well into the recovery stage of getting a new ‘innovative’ smile. My care team is AMAZING. Supportive and responsive. I literally have no notes for improvement. I’m so impressed and pleased. I no longer dread seeing the dentist. My next appointment will be in a few months and I already know I will be walking into the clinic with confidence (and without fear). If you’re looking for a new dentist. You just found him. Sierra, Jackie, and Callie were absolutely amazing today. not only was i immediately greeted and given a gift but they went out of their way to help me get a chai latte from their machine. but in between my two appointments today i was allowed to go and sit in a MASSAGE CHAIR. I loved it here and will be recommending this place to everyone. i’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist and with clean feeling teeth as well of course!!(also look at the view of that courtyard!!)
