I had two root canals done in a single week! I want to commend Dr. Francês Ballangas, her assistant Angie, and the entire team. Compassionate service, quick responses, and so much care and attention during the painful experience of getting a root canal! Highly recommended!

My testimony is that from the first day I called this office, I was treated with such kindness. Upon arriving, I met a doctor who won over not only my heart but also my fears. The equipment is super modern and innovative. I will never forget the warmth of the doctor and her assistant. For years I postponed a procedure on one of my molars, and yesterday I finally had it done, and I am sure it was with the right people and in the right place. I wish I had 10 stars and more. Innovative Endodontics is great place, I recommend it 100%. My husband went first for a procedure and loved it so much he told me to go for a consultation. Arielle at the front desk was very sweet and helpful I liked that she was fully bilingual. Then Yvette, who was the assistant who took the images was super knowledgeable and finally Dr. Ballagas was so professional but also kind and honest. . The office was spotless and with modern equipment. I’m definitely coming back when I’m ready for my procedure.

I visited Innovative Endodontics because I had a tooth that previously underwent a root canal and needed further evaluation. I was hoping it could be repaired and wanted to explore my treatment options. The staff Jaz and Yvette were very kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They took X-rays and a CT scan, which ultimately showed that my tooth was cracked and could not be repaired. I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything and walk me through the CT images. Seeing the scan helped me better understand what was happening with my tooth and gave me clarity on the next steps for treatment. Although the outcome wasn't what I expected, I am grateful that they gave me an honest second opinion.

I was in the office a couple days ago and I was completely amazed with every step of the way. Everything started as I walked in, Ms Harrielle was so pleasant and very welcoming. Dr Ballagas so communicative, nice and professional. Her assistant Angye was an unbelievable helpful and friendly, she helped me with everything to get me as comfortable as possible to get through my first root canal. This was the best experience ever. I was always afraid of root canals because i remember getting one when i was in my teenage years and the doctor drilling there for hours and been traumatized ever since. When I came in I was seen by Dr Ballagas and her assistance Yuni. They were the best! Dr. Ballagas made me feel so comfortable, felt like i was talking to a friend and she was extremely fast. The procedure went really smooth and i can honestly say she is the GOAT in root canals. If you ever need a root canal please go to her. The whole staff are super sweet.
