Staff was very friendly and attentive. Doctor explained and broke down everything and was super helpful in fulfilling a treatment plan. Receptionist was very helpful as well with explaining payment plans and treatments. 10/10 experience did a deep cleaning and didn’t flinch or feel any discomfort when the doctor was cleaning my teeth. Dental assistants were very helpful as well.

Stefani is the best very sweet friendly kind smart very attentive and caring.

After a traumatic experience with a previous dentist that left me with a punctured sinus, A broken and failed implant, constant financial charges and severe pain every time I ate, I found Dr. Aniket at Innovative smiles. He completely saved me. Dr, Aniket has unbelievable Dental skills; he is cool, precise, and A true artist at what he does for the first time in years I am completely pain-free and absolutely love my smile. If you need a dentist, you can trust look no further than Dr. Aniket.

I had my dental cleaning today at Innovative Smiles Long Beach and just like always it was a good experience. It was always nice working with all the staff, Dr. Ho and dental assistant Estefani did my teeth today, Estefani was accommodating and friendly…she was gentle when doing my polishing … both of them were very professional..

Came in for a check up (x-rays), and then later on a cleaning and other dental work. Im super impressed with them. The staff is dope to say the least, special thanks to Erica, Shane, and Dr. Ho! They also are quite honest with costs, insurance, etc before you receive services. I recommend giving them a try and to go in with high expectations, they are worth it.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and going to the dentist brings up so many terrible memories for me. I went on ZocDoc to read reviews and came across Dr. Katie Ho’s profile. One of her patients had autism and he spoke well about his experience. I decided to give her a shot and I am so glad I did. Dr. Ho is such a kind, warm and knowledgeable expert. I have to say that the best part of the visit was the staff. Each were so kind and helpful. The facility is clean and modern. The equipment is state of the art. I felt very well taken care of. Dental treatments are expensive where ever you go. Insurers do not cover what they used to cover so you are going to spend a pretty penny anywhere. So, if I am going to spend my money, it will be with a dentist office that makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you, Dr. Ho and thank you to the staff for a lovely visit.

The whole team is fantastic. From start to finish, Erica took great care of me from intake to treatment planning. Nina did a great job with my scan, made me feel comfortable and is super easy to talk to. Dr. Lakshmi was fantastic with educating me on my oral health needs and helping me set goals to better do my part at home. Very grateful and would recommend this practice to anyone!

I am originally from a small town and have been going to the same dentist my entire life. Moving across the country and to the city I wasn’t able to find that same small family friendly vibe until I found this place. Every single person here is so kind and patient. I’ve seen two dentists here and both are wonderful! The entire staff really take their time to explain every single thing, answer all your questions and I can truly trust them which is what I value most. Even recently I was having some extreme pain in one of my teeth and they got me in same day and were able to treat it immediately, I am very grateful for their excellent customer service and care.

Everyone is so kind and patient. As someone who hate going to anything doctor related, this was a pleasant experience. They took the time to inform me, didn’t rush, and provided very comprehensive care.

I found Innovative Smiles on a whim after I was experiencing tooth pain and needed to book an appointment asap, the Long Beach location happened to have an appointment available the next day. From the minute I got there they made me feel welcomed and at ease, they have a great staff all around and I’m happy to say this place has now become my regular dentist spot. It’s super easy to book appointments and they do well working with you and your schedule if you ever need to cancel or change appointment dates. Also the Doctors are wonderful and always explain everything they are doing and ask how you are feeling every step of the way. So glad I found this place! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know and already have.
