I saw Dr. Michelle Cai for a filling that was visible when I smiled. She matched my tooth color exactly and she formed the tooth perfectly. The last DDS- did not , and the filling fell out as well. It was a painless procedure and she recognized something else that needed attending too that the other DDS did not bother to fix. She did an AMAZING job. I am extremely impressed by her skillset, chairside manner and approach. I will be back to see her again. Thank you Dr. Cai. You are a wonderful Dentist !

Comfortable atmosphere,friendly people.

My son had a dental issue and they were the only dentist in the area who answered the phone and was able to get my son in first thing. They were very caring and Dr. Balk was amazing. Explained everything to me and helped me and my son feel confident and comfortable. Office staff has been very friendly and I’ve always been able to get through on the phone. Love the multiple locations too!

Inspire goes the extra mile in making sure the patient feels comfortable. We've moved a couple of times and changed offices where we get our dental care. All Inspire offices have great dentists, hygienists and patient processing staff. They really lower the anxiety of visiting the dentist.

First, Inspire had an appointment for my emergency tooth need the day I called. The doctor and assistants explained thoroughly about the tooth extraction and why it needed pulled. The dentist explained hoe an implant is done, so, if I want to go that route, I would understand the procedure timeline. Everyone was friendly from the time I signed in until I left. I'm so happy I found Inspire Dental Group.

Dr. Lee was great! He narrated the entire procedure. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I love Inspire Dental Group of Amherst. I’ve been coming here for several years.

My daughter had a baby tooth pulled today at the Inspire dental location in Amherst. They squeezed us in because of an infection. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. The dentist had a great bedside manner. The dental assistant, Joy, had a personality to match her name. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got to the bathroom and my car after she was a little unsteady on her feet after using the laughing gas.

I always have a good experience at Inspire Dental. Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made the visit stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Lee and Sam were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to listen to all of my questions and made me feel truly seen and cared for. I really appreciate that I can trust this team to be honest and ethical. They never push unnecessary dental work, which makes me feel safe and confident in their care. I would highly recommend their office!

The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, were absolutely amazing. They are so kind, making you feel comfortable regardless of your dental situation, and they also do excellent work. Can’t say enough great things about this location 😊
