My cleaner tech was a digger, painful at times but fully appreciated. She watched me floss and offered advice on improving my technique. Forgot my cell phone and without me asking, she offered to enter my parking fee on her cell. I of course paid her back but this young professional went above and beyond.

1st time, could not have had a better experience. I never knew how pleasant staff were to me. From the receptionist who helped me download the parking app on my phone. I am pleased with everyone that I came in contact with the Dental hygienist was patient in getting me my x-rays. The doctor I was impressed with him if he knew what he had to do to help me.

I love this place made me feel relax they explain every thing real nice people there .

My first visit to inspire was pleasant, the receptionist was a sweetheart very patient and always smiling. I felt comfortable with everyone else. They were all very professional and polite.

My experience was very pleasant. I was promptly seen by the hygienist and dentist. I received a deep cleaning and The hygienist took time to explain what was being done. Also was very kind and welcoming.

Appointment was wonderful. Front desk and scheduling staff were friendly and welcoming! Olivia who completed my x-rays was very helpful. Laurel, my dental hygienist, was thorough, intelligent, took her time, explained everything she was doing, helped form an amazing treatment plan for me going forward.

I was a brand-new patient with a tooth that needed some attention. My coworker referred me to them because she said their service is amazing and that the Doctors and hygienists make their patients feel comfortable. The staff did not disappoint. I was really nervous, and they made me feel comfortable immediately. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them.

I just went to my first appointment at Inspire Dental Buffalo and was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. I had been to other Inspire Dental offices for years but hadn't been to this location. It was easy to get to, very nice inside and the quality of cleaning I got from my hygienist Laurel was outstanding. She was thorough, gentle and very informative about explaining the reasoning behind the importance of technique, etc. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Ajay Malhorta is new to Inspire Dental and he is my favourite dentist. I’ve had good experience with 2 other dentists at Inspire as well but Dr Ajay is exceptional. The practice is so lucky to have him, you can really tell he excels in what he does. He has done 2 root canals for me and I feel confident in his knowledge and work. He has great bedside manner as well and you can tell he really cares about what he does.

TLDR - Dentists and Hygienists are great, the receptionist is not (don't go in early even if they text you requesting you to come in because you'll end up wasting that time in the waiting room)! I have been going to this place for the last 4 years and honestly, this is the first time I have had any issue with them. The blame goes to the receptionist because the dentists and the hygienists are actually very nice and considerate. The receptionist on the other hand, has no regard for people's time, is rude and does not own a mistake when she makes one. I had my appointment at 3 pm today. I get a message around 1:50 pm that my hygienist is free early and asking if I could come in sooner. I check my work schedule, talk to my boss and decide to go early to accommodate THEIR request. I text back saying I can be there by 2:40 pm and they reply saying OK. I get there and am asked to be seated. It is now 3 pm and I am upset that I had to get permission to leave early just to sit in the waiting area. I ask the receptionist what the point of asking me to come early was and she goes in to inquire. Apparently, even though they knew I was coming early, they gave another patient to my hygienist right before I arrived. I am not attended to until 3:10 pm so essentially I came in early for no reason. The hygienist was polite and apologized even though it is not her fault to be assigned a patient while waiting for me. On the other hand, the receptionist is extremely rude to me, does not apologize once and when I point out that they shouldn't have texted me when they weren't ready for me, all she says is "that was not our intention". Well, clearly it was because you CHOSE to assign another patient to my hygienist while knowing that I am on my way coming in early at your request. I am away from my work desk a lot more than I needed to be because of her and she takes no accountability. If the management sees this, I hope they talk to the lady at the reception so she doesn't treat anyone this way in the future.
