Over 20 years ago I had the privilege of working with him as a dental hygienist, and I was always impressed by the quality, precision, and care he gave to every patient. I saw his exceptional work firsthand for many years. Today I had the opportunity to experience his care again as a patient. It has been 12 hours since my dental implant placement and I have not even needed to take any pain medication. His hands are incredibly gentle and his technique is outstanding. The office is beautiful, extremely clean, and equipped with top-of-the-line technology. The staff is professional, warm, and very attentive. I just moved to Miami and chose this dentist because the office is within walking distance from where I live, which made it incredibly convenient. It turned out to be a perfect match. My first visit was a consultation and teeth cleaning with Dr. Mereos, and it was an excellent experience. The entire team was professional, attentive, and very gentle - honestly one of the best teeth cleanings I’ve ever had. Dr. Mereos then referred me to Dr. Klostermyer to evaluate some cosmetic options, and that’s where my journey truly began. Dr. Klostermyer is simply the best. She is precise, a true perfectionist, and incredibly passionate about her work. You genuinely feel like you’re in the best possible hands. It’s almost like becoming a canvas - you just trust her expertise and let her work her magic. There’s truly no need to look any further. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and caring, and I’m so glad I found this practice. ☺️

This is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. I went in for a tooth extraction and I am absolutely satisfied with the result. He did an excellent job and made the whole process much easier than I expected. The entire staff is also extremely helpful, kind, and professional. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well organized. I truly felt I was in good hands and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

This is one of the best dental practice I have ever been to. Dr. Merios and his entire staff are simply wonderful. They are professional, friendly, accommodating, and do an amazing job. Dr. Merios is such a skilled dentist. Our whole family goes to Precious Smiles, and every person I have referred to them has also sung their praises. On my most recent visit my front tooth was becoming a little translucent and Dr. Merios was able to work his magic and repair the tooth, and it looks amazing. I also appreciate the the practice is great at time management, and always run on time. The dental hygienists also do a great job, and I love the high tech nature of the practice, and I also love the t.v.s in all the treatment rooms. I HIGHLY recommend Precious Smiles.
