Dr. James and his whole team were amazing. The doctor took his time to explain my whole treatment and answered all my questions. He was very thorough on educating me on what the X-ray showed and meant. His front desk staff is always very kind and a pleasure to speak to. Having late evening appointments is very convenient as well.

I’ve been coming to iSmile for a few years for regular cleanings and the occasional filling. The office is clean and well-managed, with lots of rooms and technicians so I've never had a wait over 10 minutes (with appointment). I appreciate that the staff and dentists take time to explain what they’re doing during cleanings. Most importantly, I’ve never felt like they were pushing unnecessary procedures! That's why I left my last dentist.

Best service and availability in the bay area, friendly staffs, I cannot recommend this place enough. They have availability on the weekends and late evenings as well, which is really nice.

I went in for a cleaning and they took X-rays, where they discovered my tooth crown was fractured. The dentist clearly explained the situation and options, which really helped me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is well-maintained, and the front office staff are very attentive, responsive . One of the best things is their extended hours—they’re open until 8 PM and they were able to get me a same-day appointment at the last minute. Overall, a great experience at a very professional and well-managed dental office.
