Don't desk/receptionist/ billing is incompetent. They were paid for co-pays in the past. Then when I came in for a new cleaning they tried to say I owed them over 500 dollars for co-pays. I brought proof that they were paid, gave them check numbers and showed proof from my laptop on my flex spending account that they were paid and they still insisted they weren't paid and that they were never given flex account information. This is not the 1st time I've argued that they were paid. My last visit we were both on the phone with the flex spending rep and they were AGAIN given the claims address. They obviously cannot pay anything that they were not billed. If the front desk is incompetent in billing i should not be responsible to pay. Learn how to bill. I cannot baby step you through the process every time I'm seen. If there's been payment before then why not all the other times? Even after providing check numbers they're still saying they weren't paid.
I love this place. I have the biggest fear of the dentist, had an emergency and they saw me on a Saturday. Came back in today to get dental work done. The whole staff made me feel so comfortable. I wish I would have been coming here for years, then I wouldn't have any of the issues I have now.

Being obstinate to going to the dentist having bad experiences in the past made me very anxious. But this morning I had one of the best teeth cleanings I have ever had. The dentist listened to me. She didn't try to push anything on me extra she was very gentle during the cleaning and was very good at educating without overdoing it. She frequently checked in with me to make sure I was doing OK and maintained an upbeat positive attitude. I have never scheduled a follow up usually I am hesitant to go back to the dentist but because of The excellent care I received I had no doubt that I would come back. From the woman at the front desk to the assistant to the dentist everyone was very easy to work with and very inviting in an atmosphere that can bring on anxiety. Lakshmi Reddy Is somebody who I highly recommend She truly cares. I have my 6 month follow up scheduled. This is care like I have never received before!🙏
Dr Reddy was very thorough and seems to have a lot of knowledge and experience. She provided an easy-to-understand assessment of my teeth and overall oral health. Looking forward to my next exam in six months!
