They really taking care of you in way I never experience before.if you never been to I smile dentist in Tampa I would request anyone to visit them and enjoy the same experience as me. Just came in today for my first exam after being referred by my dad who is a patient 🙂 and I am beyond grateful he referred me! You guys are FANTASTIC! Dr. Louis and all his staff, exceeded my expectations for sure! 👍 I came in today with a concern for a decaying tooth that had cracked significantly, and was looking for a second opinion/better care due to a really bad experience I recently had with a dental franchise I found on instagram previous to finding iSmile. The dentist made me feel rushed, didn’t explain anything else I had wrong in my other teeth, and wouldn’t even provide further info/answer my questions without committing to a massive bill. The dentist didn’t even look at any of my other teeth on the X-rays or even look into my mouth at all. He prob spent max 2 mins with me till he handed me off to their financing person. TBH previous to becoming a patient of iSmile, I’ve never really had a good experience with most dentists I’ve been to in the past, which kept me discouraged about being on top of my dental hygiene for years. BUT…today, Dr. Louis and his staff totally changed that for me!! 🥹🙏 Thank God my dad told me about iSmile!!! Dr. Louis and his staff are all truly amazing and provide such high class care that is so hard to find! ✨ They feel like family, and Dr. Louis and his wife have created an amazing dental practice. I def should’ve started with them from the start!! First of all, they have a beautiful office and upon arrival, front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Not a long wait till I was seen, and quite honestly, I would have no problem ever waiting if I needed to. They are totally worth it. I was brought back by the dental assistant who was very kind and helpful in making me feel comfortable about my anxiety. He was professional and took care of getting my X-rays. Afterwards, Dr. Louis came in and introduced himself, providing me with a very detailed explanation of what I needed done and did a complete/thorough examination of my teeth aside from my main concern which was the broken tooth. He was down to earth, professional, informative, patient with answering all my questions, and provided a lot of reassurance! Afterwards, the sweet girl at the front discussed the cost of the treatment plan and also informed me of payment options. I am planning my next visit very soon and coordinating time with my work schedule. I will need some extractions, implant, and fillings done which can be scary for most (especially me lol) but I feel very confident being in the hands of everyone at iSmile! I’m planning to bring my fiancé in as a patient soon as well. Nothing but great things to say about you guys! I highly recommend them to everyone, you will not regret bringing your business here!!! ❤️✨
