I had an excellent experience at Italian dental clinic. From the first visit, everything was professional, clean, and well organized. I have had experience with 4 different dentists from the clinic and I truly can say that the dentists from the clinic are truly amazing — very knowledgeable, gentle, and patient. Every step of the treatment was explained clearly, which made me feel calm and confident. You can really tell the doctors cares about patients and their comfort. The result exceeded my expectations. I was treated by Dr Param Sura, who was incredibly professional, insightful, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. He has an exceptionally light and precise touch, which meant I didn’t feel any discomfort during the treatment at all. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable, calm, and well looked after at every stage. The quality of the cleaning was amazing, and the hygiene standards were outstanding. A special mention to Nurse Jily, who was attentive, kind, and extremely supportive throughout the appointment. What really stood out to me is that this clinic truly feels like healthcare rather than a business. You can genuinely feel that their priority is providing high quality care and long-term oral health, not just rushing through appointments. Aftercare was excellent and all my questions were answered thoroughly, and I felt taken care of even after the treatment ended. The clinic itself has a great ambiance, feels modern and highly professional, and the entire staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall, a top-tier dental experience from start to finish.
