Italian Smiles Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I was referred to this office by a friend about two years ago, and I can honestly say it’s been a night-and-day difference compared to any other dental facility I’ve visited. From the front office to the team in the back, everyone is consistently welcoming and has such a positive attitude. I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist due to past bad experiences, but the staff here are incredibly comforting and make every visit feel painless. My dental hygienist is awesome — very knowledgeable and always communicates clearly throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bob today, and I have to say, he’s a fantastic individual — proactive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his work. 10/10 would recommend!

Where do I begin?! This is the BEST dental experience I ever had in my life. - The young lady (I will learn her name on my next visit) behind the desk in the lobby is incredibly pleasant and comforting. I told her I was nervous and she reassured me that I was going to be just fine and she was right! - Vanessa is the dental hygienist who did my deep, under the gum cleaning. She is VERY good at what she does. Her vibe and energy is amazing: positive and caring. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. And, she provided some valuable information about taking care of my teeth and gums. - Monica was there to (literally) hold my hand! Monica is kind and caring. She made me feel SO comfortable during my initial visit (X-rays). I was looking forward to seeing her today. She makes me laugh! - Roxy assisted Dr. Leonard. She is so caring and pleasant! I know I have used the word caring multiple times, but that’s the only way to describe my experience. - Dr. Leonard did my root canal and internal tooth bleaching. She is caring, highly skilled and VERY calming! I am absolutely deeply grateful for the work that she did. - I forgot the name of the young woman behind the desk who does the billing/check out, she very personable and pleasant. I’m sure I will meet the rest of the team. Dr. Lavant’s dental office is World Class.

I am beyond satisfied with the care and treatment administered at Italian Smiles. Tamira was excellent during my cleaning and provided a lot of useful feedback on how to ensure I’m taking proper care of my teeth. Overall, the vibes here are stellar. I highly recommend!

Italian Smiles makes going to the dentist an amazing experience. From being greeted by name at the reception desk to scheduling my next appointment everything is seamless. My dental hygienist Vanessa Short is nothing short of incredible! Not only is Vanessa great at her job, extremely detail oriented but she makes my appointments fun. That is why I recommend Italian Smiles to all my friends and family!

Sorry I wasn't feeling well and not able to arrive with a sunny smile. I did not return to have my tooth extracted because the staff was too focused on what I looked like. Four times I was asked "are you ok and what's wrong with you." The dentist said, "you don't look happy to see me." I am 74 years old and suffer with chronic pain. Two major surgeries and was anticipating a tooth extraction. I was up most of the night in pain. I had 2 more appointments for scans and pain management the same day. I am and was old, in pain, and tired. I felt even worse when I left your office because I apparently casted a chill on what must be an otherwise warm and uplifting office vibe. I sincerely apologize.
