I finally switched dentists because of a pattern of terrible communication. They previously canceled an appointment I booked 6 months in advance on the actual day of the visit. Every time you go, it's a new doctor, and the office staff is passive-aggressive. They completely ignored my follow-ups about a procedure. The final straw: I had to cancel my last appointment because they failed to get insurance pre-approval (they usually do it at the very last moment), but they billed my insurance anyway for procedure never performed. Dishonest business practices and terrible communication. Find a better dentist.

My son is permanently disabled and has difficulty with dental cleanings however and Dr. Itani and his staff are exceptional professionals when it comes to his dental cleanings and care. They are extremely sensitive and understanding towards their patients and their needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone to come to this office for dental needs. Extraordinary is the word that I provide to describe them .

I go to Itani Dental every 4 months and I look forward to walking in and being greeted by the friendly staff - they are so nice and welcoming. I have been going to Itani for several years and I highly recommend them.

Took me right away for an emergency appointment. I was in so much pain…Dr. Itani was incredibly thoughtful and provided the care I needed. Referrals were done right away and appointments with specialist happened immediately. The front desk and supporting personnel were incredibly helpful and caring. The entire team at Itani Dental is kind, professional, and efficient. They walk you through every step, check to make sure you're comfortable, and overall do their best to reduce any anxiety you may be feeling, while also offering excellent and trustworthy service. They inform you of potential issues to keep track of, but do so in a calm, knowledgeable manner without being alarmists or trying to upsell you into services you do not need. Dr. Kim was amazing. 10/10 - could not ask for a better experience!

My son as special needs and requires anesthesia for his dental cleanings and orthodontia. Dr. Itani's office is extraordinary. They are sensitive to the needs of my son, make the appropriate arrangements and the staff along with Dr. Itani are all extremely customer serviced and professional. I am very impressed with the service levels that their office have provided and I encourage anyone who has special needs or is elderly see Dr. Itani. You will not regret it. Superior in every way!

Wow!! Absolutely loved their professionalism and service. The only mobile dentistry I know of! I received the utmost care twice from these amazing ladies. I’ll never forget when I was hospitalized in the ICU in critical condition on 10/24/2025 — I almost didn’t make it.
