I found Itani Dental while looking for a dental office that offers nitrous oxide for cleanings. I have a dental phobia and have spent years trying to find a clinic where I would feel comfortable getting treatment. What initially caught my attention was their 5 star rating and that they provide care in different clinical settings, including home visits. I took that as a sign that they’re patient and accommodating. From the beginning, everyone was wonderful to work with. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and the scheduling and procedure process was seamless. I initially started to try the cleaning without nitrous, but changed my mind in the middle of the procedure. The staff was incredibly patient and kind, and paused until I was comfortable with the nitrous. It honestly made such a huge difference and turned what was once a dreadful experience into one I actually feel comfortable doing again! A special thank you to Ian, the dental assistant, who immediately made me feel at ease with her calm and welcoming demeanor. Dr. Woo was also very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you to this wonderful team for making such a big difference in my dental experience. I’m so glad I found Itani Dental and look forward to continuing my care here.

I finally switched dentists because of a pattern of terrible communication. They previously canceled an appointment I booked 6 months in advance on the actual day of the visit. Every time you go, it's a new doctor, and the office staff is passive-aggressive. They completely ignored my follow-ups about a procedure. The final straw: I had to cancel my last appointment because they failed to get insurance pre-approval (they usually do it at the very last moment), but they billed my insurance anyway for procedure never performed. Dishonest business practices and terrible communication. Find a better dentist.

My son is permanently disabled and has difficulty with dental cleanings however and Dr. Itani and his staff are exceptional professionals when it comes to his dental cleanings and care. They are extremely sensitive and understanding towards their patients and their needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone to come to this office for dental needs. Extraordinary is the word that I provide to describe them .

I go to Itani Dental every 4 months and I look forward to walking in and being greeted by the friendly staff - they are so nice and welcoming. I have been going to Itani for several years and I highly recommend them.

I had my first visit here and was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Dr. Itani and Dr.Kim provided a detailed check-up and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They also gave me a treatment plan that matched exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!
