The staff were amazing—very welcoming and kind. I’m very satisfied with how they cleaned my teeth. They were also incredibly patient and welcoming with kids, which made the experience even better. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this clinic!

I wish I had the option to choose a zero. So much went so wrong with both of my appointments. No eye protection is offered during the cleaning process, so I had water and other things hitting near my eyes. The water was also running out the right side of my mouth down my neck and getting my shirt wet for most of the appointment. At one point, she did catch my lip and apologized for it, but by the time I was done, I was leaving their office with 3 cuts inside my mouth and teeth still full of grit. Against my better judgment, I returned for my follow up appointment. I’ve always been told that I have soft teeth, so I am no stranger to dental freezing, however, I have never had a needle stuck in to my mouth that many times, or hurt so bad going in. I lost track of exactly how many tries, but it was at least 4 in one area alone, plus 2 in another spot. My gums feel like they’ve been ripped to shreds. The icing on the cake…for the final check on the freezing before an extraction, it still wasn’t done in the right place. I could see the needle coming at me again, and I had to say stop, no more, I’m done. I paid my bill and left. The best part of my visits was the receptionist, she is awesome. Unfortunately, I will never see her again as I will never be back.

I cannot say anything negative about Ivory Dental! They accepted me in on an emergency basis and took me on as a new patient. All the staff that I met today were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Bevans was excellent! He walked me through what he was going to do, he was quick and smooth. And his assistant Jordan kept me engaged prior to the work getting done. She was super friendly and also amazing! Any fears or doubts I had beforehand have been wiped away by the wonderful staff and environment. I highly recommend them ;-)

I have been going to Dr. Heggie for many years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is kind, personable, and always ensures a comfortable, pain-free experience. The entire team is incredible. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like part of the family rather than just another patient. One thing that really stands out is how many staff members have been there for years. That speaks volumes about how well they are treated, and it shows in the level of care, professionalism, and friendliness they provide every day. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel genuinely cared for and receive excellent treatment, this is the place. An absolutely wonderful team and a great place to have all your dental needs taken care of.

I would like to say I love Dr Heggie and all of the dental assistants! I have gone to this dentist for over 20 years and i have never been treated so rudely on the phone before! I would gladly be back but not when there is such a rude receptionist that makes you feel like you are bothering her. Unfortunately I am looking for another dentist! I hope this receptionist finds something that makes her happy because obviously she either doesn't like her job or she is just a bitter person who needs help! So the five stars is for the rest of the staff not her!

I had such a great experience at Ivory Dental in Lethbridge. The service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly, and everyone made me feel welcome and well cared for. You can really tell they value their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The whole team was professional, kind, and easy to talk to, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate the amazing care I received and would definitely recommend Ivory Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office.

I had a tooth extraction eight days ago and recently revisited the clinic due to persistent pain caused by food debris at the site. Dr. Rollingson and his Dental Hygienist provided excellent care, making me feel at ease while administering treatment to the socket without charges. Their professionalism and kindness significantly alleviated my discomfort. The staff were also friendly. I highly recommend Ivory Dental for their service. Thank you very much.

I can’t recommend this office enough. I recently had a crown done, and as always, the dentist and hygienist were fantastic. They were running a little behind schedule, but they were so thoughtful that they gave me a $10 coffee card for the wait! What really sets them apart is their empathy. I’ve had a long journey with my dental health due to being a former smoker and dealing with mental health struggles. They never judged me; instead, they took great care to reduce my stress and understood how much my dental health impacted my overall well-being. Plus, we always swap book recommendations—I leave with a better smile and my next great read!
