I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for all the lovely team at Ivory Dentist. I found the team to be a very hard working, conscientious and pleasent to deal with. They are very assertive to all patient requirements and made sure all work was done in a extremely professional manner. They gave excellent presentations and have excellent clinical skills and display them with mature mannerisms. I have been under the care of Simon and Kate for over 12 months now and from the start of my dental treatment with Ivory I have received the utmost level of treatment provided with care and compassion. I feel very anxious about attending dental appointments but Simon and Kate always put me at ease and provide continual reassurance. They are both very professional and it is clear to see they have a great working relationship. Thank you both for the time and care you provide whenever I attend your practice.

I recently completed my dental implant treatment at Ivory Dental Care and I'm really happy with the results and the fact that I've got a full set of teeth again! The team were very professional and took the time to explain every step beforehand, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I am mid treatment, but had to attend urgently without an appointment. I was seen immediately and the problem was dealt with. Georgina and the team were fantastic and i cannot recommend them highly enough for their caring and friendly assistance. I was helped by at least 5 of the team, all very helpful, but a special thank you to Natalie, who went above and beyond. An after hours follow up phone call from Monika was also appreciated.

I just want to give a massive shout out to Ivory, Park Road and inpaticular Serra and her dental nurse. I came in yesterday with pain and thankfully was met with such professionals... I had to have a complicated tooth extraction but I know if id have gone to many other practises id have ended up in agony waiting for a hospital appointment. also got to meet the head of the practice and again super impressed with level of competence and professionalism. the reception team were great too and even though im suffering the after affects now from such procedure, I couldn't be more impressed. thanks guys and im sorry I kept you so long and through your lunch👍

If you’re nervous and have been putting off going to see a dentist, don’t waste another moment, get yourself down to Ivory Dental Care on Park Rd. I had an extremely loose tooth that had become worse over the previous week or so, and it needed extracting. I wasn’t registered with a dentist, so I called into the Ivory Dental Care practice on the off chance to ask if they provided emergency appointments. The receptionists were very welcoming and professional and were able to give me all the information I needed, prices, options etc. and luckily, they had a cancellation slot available about an hour later. My appointment was made with the dentist Talha Nasir. On arrival he came to greet me and introduced himself. He could probably sense my nervousness and started off with some general conversation, which helped me to relax. He introduced me to his dental nurse, Louise, who was also very kind and welcoming. Talha went on to examine my teeth and explained exactly what the procedure would be. Even though I had only booked to have the loose tooth extracted, he noted that the one next to it really needed extracting too and he kindly offered to do it at no extra charge. The procedure wasn’t rushed and I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. I was overjoyed to have that loose tooth out and having the other done at the same time was a bonus. On completion, Talha gave me a document to take home providing all of the information needed for patients following dental extractions. I can’t thank Talha and Louise enough. My experience there was fantastic and I felt brilliant when I walked out having had it done. It was reading the excellent online reviews that prompted me to go there and I hope my review might help someone else make the decision to go. I’ve been with Ivory Dental care for around 30 years. Over the last 12 months I’ve managed to get Talha as my permanent dentist. I’m very impressed. We had a few treatment decisions including extractions. Everything went according to plan. An excellent crown and I’ve a new denture that I’m happy with. I’d certainly recommend Ivory to anyone looking for a new dentist.

After years of bad experiences both painful and humiliating I had not visited a dentist for 25 years. My teeth had deteriorated with several broken and missing old fillings. I was very careful not to smile much as I was very conscious of the gaps. When one of my front top teeth broke I knew I had to do something. A friend had heard good things about Ivory so I phoned them. I was so worried about being judged for not taking care of my teeth but I was spoken to kindly and without judgement. I saw Serra and her fabulous dental nurse Louise. Serra and Louise specialise in nervous patients and they are very good at this. I have had several fillings done and whilst I am still apprehensive before each appointment, with their support and understanding I am able to keep going back. I can smile now. This has changed my life. That may sound dramatic but when you have spent years avoiding smiling it means the world to be able to smile without feeling self conscious. We still have quite a bit of work to do but I will keep going as I know that they will work at my pace and they understand the fear some patients feel. Thank you Serra and Louise for getting my smile back.

What an amazing experience with Serra. Thankyou so much for making me feel more comfortable about returning to the dentist. I was able to discuss what I wanted but also to ask your advice and you gave me time and patience to do what was right for me. Lovely surroundings, lovely reception staff and dentist and nurses all amazing. Definitely five star treatment even though I needed an extraction. Hardly felt a thing. My fear of dentists is now over. Thankyou.
