Ivory Dental Centre

I had a tooth filling on a Saturday morning and it was a smooth process. The transition from checking in and to the procedure itself took no more than 5-10 minutes. The Dentist and her assistant were very assuring and worked well together. Thank you! 🙏🏼

I had a very good experience at Ivory Dental and will definitely be returning. All of the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Kelley — she is the GOAT. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the appointment took longer than I would’ve liked because the polishing equipment wasn’t working.

Going to Ivory Dental has been a wonderful experience for me! What started as a visit for a toothache has culminated into a beautiful dental health relationship! Normally, I would be nervous about going to the dentist, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments with them. The front desk staff, especially Kelley and Devan, are kind and knowledgeable and help you navigate the joy (sarcasm) that is dental insurance coverage 😀 I've interacted with Dr. Fatmi and Dr. McIntosh the most and they have been phenomenal! What I love most about them is that they look at the bigger picture and take a stepwise approach to preserve as much healthy tooth as possible. They were able to get me ready to do Invisalign and I look forward to when I'm done with all of the trays! If you get nervous about going to the dentist, and even if you don't, Ivory Dental is a great place to go 👌🏾

I was looking for a new dentist and found this office on ZocDoc. Dr. Hancock and Alexus did my x rays and cleaning and the exam felt thorough. She explained why I needed new fillings and provided a treatment plan at the end of my appointment. The entire visit lasted the exact time it was scheduled for and everyone at the office was very friendly.

Without even realizing it, she calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. The dentist and her assistant were both knowledgeable, professional, and informative. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I left with a clear understanding of what happened during my visit and what to expect moving forward. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to sell me unnecessary treatments. The entire experience was transparent, reassuring, and exactly what I needed.

Alexus, who performed my whitening process, was nothing short of incredible. She constantly checked in on my comfort and made sure I was completely relaxed throughout the entire procedure.
