Ivory Dental Practice

I just came back from seeing Dr. Shatin Varsani, during an emergency visit. I called at 09:00 this morning to see if someone could see me urgently as I'd spent the night in extreme agony from abcesses above my pre-molars. The receptionist was so kind and soft with me, while i tried to talk in pain and managed to secure an appointment for 10:30. I'm not sure how many emergency appointments they get, but I felt this was amazingly fast. I arrived and after filling out a medical form in 3 minutes, Darsi came and got me from the waiting room and Dr. Varsani had all the information conveyed on the call (bravo to the receptionist), and began to get more of my story. 3 minutes later I had an x-ray, where he showed me the problem and then asked if i wanted an extraction or root canal work. I opted for the extraction, as the pain was unbearable. The only discomfort was the injection (I've had it worse) and he did it slowly but not too slowly, and within 5 minutes the pain was gone. The extraction took less than a minute per tooth and I immediately felt the release of pressure. His medical knowledge is extensive and i felt 100% calm and educated in his and Darsi's care. He even made me wait 15 minutes so he could check if i needed stitches or not. With his advice, a prescription in my hand and a full advice note on after care I sit writing this review in no pain and a rapidly healing gum, to say to everyone at Ivory Dental Practice a huge thank you! The relief you have given me is so gratefully received, and your professionalism and kindness will ensure that i come to my appointments regularly instead of every now and then! Thank you, thank you, so much. Oh and the price - very reasonable - but in my circumstance - priceless.

My children are now teenagers, but from toddlers to now they have been great, also supportive of orthodontist referrals for them. The reception staff are always well-mannered, understanding, and greet me with a warm smile whenever I walk in. I’ve had a few treatments with Dr Priyal Shah and her assistant, and I must say Dr Priyal Shah is a fantastic dentist. She is kind, reassuring, careful, and always makes me feel comfortable. Even though I’m a nervous patient (and honestly, who likes going to the dentist?), when I’m there I genuinely feel like I’m in safe hands. This is an exceptional establishment. The entire team is extremely personable, professional, polite, and courteous! The moment you walk into the building, you are greeted with a warm smile and great energy by reception. Every member of staff are patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They take their time with their patients and treat everyone with the same respect. I highly recommend this practice. Moreover the prices are good
