Hygienist Brandi continues to impress me with her calm, but friendly, demeanor. She also accomplishes the most thorough exam and cleaning services I've ever experienced.

Had initial appointment with Jackson Dental and was very impressed with the entire staff. Victoria (Tori) was very detailed and extremely efficient in her work and explaining everything being done. Claudia did an outstanding job in her examination of my oral health status and provided a thorough explanation of results and actions i can do for improvements. Dr. Jackson was outstanding. He did a great job explaining my conditions and his suggested treatment in detail and straight-forward.

...I travel across the bridge to go to this dental group...full-service...whether surgery or cosmetic...does your dentist provide a private suite??? Mine does!

I was really impressed with my experience at Jackson dental. Service is great and I was impressed with the technology. It made things very simple. Dr. Jackson was awesome as well.

Location is great; staff was super nice, including the dentist, but every visit required a visit to the "finance office", where I was given a long list of expensive services and off-site referrals needed for deep cleaning. I switched to a different dentist and did not receive the hard sell tactics. In fact commended on the condition of my teeth.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled an exam and cleaning, and when making the appointment, I was quoted $250 for both. During my visit, the dentist told me that I was cavity-free and that my teeth were in great shape. However, prior to that, the hygienist recommended a significantly more expensive cleaning ($750), stating that I had gum inflammation, and also said that antibiotics would need to be applied to my gums. I understand that treatment recommendations can change once you're seen in person. However, I have never experienced gum inflammation or bleeding that required a deep cleaning, so I asked if I could simply have a standard cleaning instead. I was told no and that I would need to schedule another appointment with the hygienist because they could not go against the treatment plan that had been recommended. I decided to get a second opinion, and I was told that my teeth were in great shape, my gums were perfectly healthy, and I was able to receive a standard cleaning without any issue. It was even more disappointing to see another review for this office describing a very similar experience, where the patient was also pushed toward the most expensive cleaning based on concerns about unhealthy gums. Overall, the entire experience felt very transactional, from the treatment recommendations to the lack of clarity around pricing. I left feeling uncomfortable and questioning the treatment recommendation. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

I didn’t know that I needed a root canal and did not know that pain before. It was excruciating, before I walked into the office at Jackson Dental. I am so glad that I found Dr. Finster and her team that took care of me. I felt so comfortable from the first emergency phone call at the beginning of my experience, to the very end of the entire process. They made my crown, right there, on the spot and made sure that I was comfortable and prepared for what was next, every step of the way. I was prepared to be in pain for days to come, but the pain never appeared, at all. I felt a slight discomfort the first 24 hours, but zero pain compared to what I felt before I walked into my appointment. At 44, I highly recommend Jackson Dental for real professionals to get the job done swift and precise. They even offered me payment options that lightened the financial load, which I really appreciated the most.

Dr. Sreis & my hygienist are so kind and always take such amazing care of me! They’re extremely detailed and patient, always taking intentional time to make sure I’m comfortable and understanding of my treatment plan and options. Love coming here!

Walked in for a routine visit. Fell in love three times. Ashley, Tori, and Laurie/Laura/Lana are an incredible team - cute, professional, and way too easy to talk to. Dr. Sreis clearly knows what he’s doing, starting with hiring. Jackson Dental has officially ruined every other dentist office for me. See you in a few weeks, ladies.

Lety was very good, I had a root canal done Very fast and no pain, excellent job.

The staff was respectful and professional throughout my visit. However, my overall experience was disappointing because I felt there was a strong focus on upselling additional treatments. After my consultation, I was told I needed gingivitis therapy, antibiotics, and a deep cleaning, and the costs were very high. Wanting a second opinion, I visited another dentist who told me that antibiotics were not necessary in my case, and their pricing for the deep cleaning was much more reasonable. This made me question whether all of the recommended treatments were truly necessary. The office felt very corporate, similar to Aspen Dental, with a strong emphasis on selling additional services. While the staff was courteous, I personally felt the practice was more focused on maximizing profits than providing the most cost-effective care for patients.
