Dr. Jackson and the entire team have been wonderful, we definitely made the right decision going with this practice. I never had braces so I was nervous about what to expect but have peace as a parent after getting to know them. My son loved seeing his name on the welcome board, the drawstring bag with goodies, and the app with the rewards, like gift cards, for good habits and grades is amazing. Dr. Jackson is super personable with kids and parents. He and his staff also showed me everything he was doing and why. The office was beautiful and immaculate too. I also see Dr. Jackson's office do so much stuff for the school district. While it's not fun paying for braces, if I have to do it, I'm glad to do it here.

Dr. Jackson and team made our family feel welcome from the initial consultation which is why we chose this practice to take care of our orthro needs. They were informative, detailed, friendly and provided exceptional service/followup. This was our first orthodontist appointment to install the braces and it went very quick and smooth. Dr. Jackson made he experience personal and memorable for us. Everything was organized and any questions we had were answered! They made my teen feel at ease and very comfortable throughout. We love it here!

Jackson Orthodontics does great work! My daughter’s teeth have been treated really well, and the care itself is solid. That said, I can’t help but notice the lack of diversity among the staff. As a white mom to a biracial child, representation matters to me, especially in spaces that serve kids. Excellent orthodontic care, but I’d love to see the practice reflect the diversity of the community it serves.
